Brynn made me feel 100% comfortable cleaning my teeth. I’ve never had such a good experience and I look forward to her services again. My Dentist Dr. Boehme is top notch! I had no pain with the numbing, freezing process and he’s very professional ! 2 cavities later and I’m happy they’re gone!
All staff are friendly and accommodating. They have always been caring and reassuring when apprehensive about needed dental work. Dr. Ian Miller is A1 as well as Dr. Noreen Richter and their assistants and hygienists.
This dental clinic does not explain the terms and concepts about their policies when it comes to paying bills. They fall short on expressing what you need to pay for and they tend to sugarcoat rather than being straight to the point. I recommend to train their staff more to avoid misunderstandings in the future. This dental clinic is so frustrating because of their lack of communicating with their costumers. I recommend that you go somewhere else because this clinic will RIP YOU OFF!!
Our family has been clients of Legacy Dental for many years and have felt so confident and pleased with the care we have received from the dental team. Dr. Miller and his colleagues are professional, trustworthy and meticulous and we would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone in need of dental assessment, preventative care and treatment.
Was a little frustrated to start. We waited 20 minutes past our teeth cleaning appointment time. Anxiety inducing for my kiddo. When I inquired if the hygienist knew we were there I was asked to fill out a new patient detail form. That felt like a stall tactic. I have been going to this dentist office for several years! .Plus I updated our information when we moved recently.
