I had an amazing experience with Dr. Brian! He removed my wisdom tooth so smoothly that even after the anesthesia wore off, I only felt slight numbness, and there was minimal bleeding. I've heard from others that similar procedures can be much more complicated, but Dr. Brian's skill made it seem effortless. If you're looking for a highly skilled and professional dentist, I can't recommend Dr. Brian enough. Thank you so much, Dr. Brian, and to the team for such a great experience!
I saw Dr. Brian Son for my anterior crown & must say he is an absolute professional. He took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, patiently walked me through all my options. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which made me feel completely at ease. I am absolutely livid at this dental office. I discussed with them MULTIPLE times about how I did not want to do any procedure that did not fall within my insurnace coverage. This was discussed with the dentist on multiple visits and we discussed at length prioritizing work that would fall within my coverage. They even sold me on doing a bit of cosmetic work, which I NEVER would have done if it was to exceed my benefits. Dr. Smit V. is very good at his job, hands down the best dentist I’ve had! Hands light as a feather. Did not feel anything after I had fillings, root canal and a fractured tooth that was taken out!
After my appointment the receptionist failed to give me an invoice and receipt. When I called to be emailed a receipt they failed do in a timely manner. Due to getting my email wrong(even though I spelled it out for them on the phone and it was written as well) and didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Additionally, the receptionist booked me with the wrong dentist, Dr.Brian Son instead of the dentist we specifically asked for when booking the appointment.
