This has been my dentist for over 25 years. They're very good and i dont have any compliments. The receptionists are wonderful and polite, extremely helpful and very flexible with rescheduling and cancelations. The dental assistants are very friendly and cheerful. They're great with adults and somehow even better with kids. The dentist is great, right to business and gets things done quickly and painlessly while possessing all the knowledge and skill you would like any medical professional to have in their tool belt. I had a filling fall out while visiting family and they squeezed me in on a cancellation. The front of the building is pretty unassuming and I actually drove past it at first but inside the facility is nice. Waiting room feels a bit dated perhaps. Staff was helpful and dentist honoured my request to try and patch the filling with no freezing. Pleasant tech and good dentist. I'm not local so I won't likely be back but they helped me in a pinch.
It's been an interesting experience. I had to have all my remaining top teeth pulled out. And the staff did an amazing job. Unfortunately I did have serious issues because I had them removed. And this i believe wasn't anything that could have been alleviated. I would not have done this before Christmas is all I would have recommended. Everyone was friendly. The Dentist and dental assistant were excellent. They explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect and checked with me often to make sure I wasn't feeling any discomfort during my procedure.
I had a cleaning and scaling appointment yesterday at Life Smiles I am very pleased with the caliber and professionalism of this team member. It was the best hygiene appointment I have ever had! Thankyou lifesmiles for all you do.
