Had a bit of a wait (20 mins) for my 11:30 appointment (in at 11:50) but understandable with only one dentist on staff and overworked hygienists. Once I got in the chair, clinician was professional and didn’t waste time. I had a physio appointment at 1:00 so that put a bit of pressure on the hygienist- which she didn’t flinch at nor was bothered by. Did her normally efficient job on my choppers. Thank you….

Had an amazing cleaning with Whitney! Very thorough! Didn't have a dentist for the exam but they have a great new dentist starting next week! Tracy at the desk was very friendly and knows! Great experience all around!

My experience at my lifesmile appt was polite and professional, as alway. I’d like to thank the people up front for getting me in quickly. I had been suffering from a swollen gum due to a bad tooth. I had been in pain for days and couldn’t eat. I was looking for relief, and was attended to promptly. I was given a prescription for anti biotics, and was informed about the company policy on pain killers. I appreciate that policy far more today than I did yesterday. Excellent customer service! The front reception was awesome so understanding and friendly really nice lady. The dentist was so kind and helpful as she was so busy and took the time to explain everything, I so much appreciated that! I will definitely be going back! Thank you Ladies for making my first visit comfortable!
