The staff are super friendly and quick to answer either by phone call or text message! My partner sees Dr.Shelley and she’s fixed a chipped tooth for him and has done other work such as a root canal & fillings. He’s been very happy with the results every-time, feeling so much better, confident, not in any pain & very pleased with the overall results! Dr. Shelly Halchuck is a very pleasant gentle dentist that makes the visit enjoyable. In fact her whole team is awesome. I'd recommend this practice to anybody who doesn't have a regular dentist!
I love Dr. Halchuk and her crew. Felt warm and welcomed by reception soon as I walked in. I’m very grateful for her caring and positivity to my concerns. She talked me thru what was happening and how she would repair my front teeth. They feel great and look amazing and I’m so thankful. I feel more confident in my smile and I’ll definitely keep seeing her anytime I may need any other improvements.
The staff are wonderful and always do an excellent job. Lisa at the front desk is fabulous. My kids used to be very nervous to have their teeth cleaned but the dental hygienist Joey (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong!) is always gentle, thorough and super friendly and the kids love going now :)
The entire experience was so wonderful. The receptionist was super polite and helpful. The dentist and hygenist were both amazing. They talked me through my anxieties and did their best to make the process of pulling an infected tooth as pleasant as possible. The aftercare and follow-up was also exceptional. Not to mention they fit me in the same day I called! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!!
