I always have a good experience at London Dental House. From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the desk greet you with beautiful smiles. Dr. Joseph , very pleasant and friendly. They will all make you feel comfortable during your whole process. I would recommend London Dental House to everyone.
This was my first time as a patient at London Dental House and I went in because of a severe toothache. From the moment I called and spoke with reception who was so lovely, so helpful, accommodating and personable to walking into the clinic, that was so beautiful downtown London and ALL of the staff was welcoming and friendly. We had a very positive experience with Dr. Joseph for my daughter’s dental procedure. He was extremely comforting and supportive throughout, which helped my daughter feel relaxed and much less stressed during the treatment. We truly appreciate his patience and care. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gentle and reassuring dentist for children.
I had 3 separate dental emergencies from mid Dec 2025-late Jan 2026, every single time the staff and Dr Joseph made time to see me within a few hours (if not within an hour) of calling the office because I was in such extreme pain. Dr Joseph is the best dentist I've seen in the last 25 years and the dental assistants and the front desk staff are all so kind and accommodating. Literally cannot recommend this dental office more!
I have been going to Dr.Cyril Joseph since 2021. Their staff are excellent. They ensure that the patient is taken care of and provide any care or assistance required. If you intend on going to get a cleaning done , please ask for “Shaheen”. She is excellent and very thorough. She won’t let you go until your teeth are squeaky clean and also is very patient with you in case you are sensitive.
