I had a great experience! My child and I both had our teeth cleaned by Ty, and he was fantastic. He took the time to explain the different instruments to my child, making her feel comfortable throughout the appointment. It was clear he genuinely cared about creating a positive experience. The guy at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit—I highly recommend this clinic!
I came in for my cleaning appointment this morning. I appreciate my hygienist, Fatima. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. However, I would like to make a recommendation about the music. There was rock music blaring in the background. A dentist's office can be a stressful and anxious experience even for adults. It is preferable if there was soft and calming music in the background. I had my teeth cleaned by Ty. I am so impressed with how personable he is. It’s a joy getting my teeth cleaned just so I can have a visit with him. His technical skills are also impressive. Probably the best dental hygienist I have ever had! Also… the young gentleman at reception was very accommodating and friendly.
We have been visiting Londonderry Dental Care for many years and always had a great experience. This past weekend I had Yash the hygienist clean my teeth. He was very calm and gentle and didn't make me feel rushed through the session. I would highly recommend Yash on your next visit to LDC II.
I’ve been going here for my dental work for years. Everyone needs to go see Yash because he is extra THOROUGH when he cleans my teeth. In my last appointment, I had a coughing fit (because I’m fat and was running late to my appointment), and he brought me a bottle of water. He continuously checked in to see how I was doing. Honestly, such a great experience.
