They scammed me 3 times. They waited until it was time for me to pay to tell me that they had to charge me for 2 x-rays, and I had no choice but to pay for both because they went ahead and did a second x-ray without telling me. 3 appointments in a row. Most likely not a coincidence anymore at that point. Plus, I moved away 2 years ago and they still call me even though I've said every time to take me off the list because I've moved. You'd think they'd have more organization with all the extra money they're probably making.
March 11, 2024, I had my first disaster appointment and mix up, in my 33 years as a client to this clinic and Dr Hayashi and mainly Pauline, my hygienist. Due to trauma at the age of 9, from a awful dentist, it took me 7 years and wisdom teeth to seek a new dentist. From 9 to 16, I saw no dentist. After 35+ years of attending LDCII, I made the decision to walk out and never turn back. After booking my appointment 6 months ago and countless messages confirming my appointment for today, I was surprised to be greeted by someone other than Pauline, my rockstar hygienist. I was quickly told that Pauline no longer works there, and after I dug in a bit more, I also found out that Dr. Hayashi had retired (Congrats! btw) and no longer there. Dr.Chu is a very bad dentist, Some of the workers here are unfriendly, rude, and mean. Some of my fillings fell out so I decided to go to Fairbanks Family Dental Centre they have 4.9 stars out of five I would highly recommend.
Dental assistant Aysun Shekhari is so nice, polite and professional. She can make a good day for anyone. Very kind and best at her job. I wish she stay here for long and continue to provide patients with best service.
