As someone nervous of the dentist from previous experiences, I couldn’t have felt more at home than coming here. From walking in and getting a friendly greeting from Jen, I also got an amazing experience from the dentist! The whole team went above and beyond with reassurance and detail so I felt comfortable, couldn’t be happier with the choice I made!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The front staff are dishonest and manipulative — they’ll say anything to get you booked, but when their mistakes come to light, they twist it around and blame you. This isn’t a one‑time issue; it’s a repeated pattern. They advertise themselves as a “family dentist,” yet the doctors clearly cannot handle children. I switched to Longworth not long after they opened and I’m so happy I did. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that this is a wonderful place to work. You are greeted with the most welcoming smile from Jen, and the hygienists are excellent (thank you, Chelsea!). Dr. Z is patient, friendly and provides you with options. He does great work. Their equipment is new and high-tech and their office is beautiful. I highly recommend Longworth Dental.
Had the most amazing experience here with my family! My son is 2.5, and they were absolutely wonderful with him. They put in his favourite Netflix show, had toys and books for him to play with (and treats—he loved the applesauce!). During the cleaning, the dental hygienist, Jordan, was incredibly patient and playful, he didn’t want to leave. Such a welcoming, family-friendly dental office—highly recommend!
This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. I found them by accident after calling around to find someone who could help my brother who is on ODSP, and they gladly helped him and treated him with such respect.
