We had a fantastic experience at Luminous Dental Centre with my 7-year-old son! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. They took the time to explain every step in a gentle and kid-friendly way, which helped my son feel relaxed and even excited about his visit!

I'm a retired dentist. My dentist recently retired and I was lucky enough to visit Dr Gavin Chu at Luminous Dental Centre. I always thought I was the best dentist around but after being seen by Gavin, it seems I just dropped down to number two. He is the BEST! His assistant, Tracy, and Receptionist Christine are also great. I hope they never retire.

I have been going to Dr Chu for many many years. He still works a couple days a week and is a great dentist. He has great bedside manner and doesn’t suggest anything extra, only what you need. The hygienist was great as well, doing what was needed in a pleasant manner and doing it efficiently.

The staff at Luminous Dental Centre are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, and explain everything they’re doing when they are treating you. They go out of their way to help you. The offices are immaculate and the cost reasonable. My son is challenged and he has difficulty when people touch him. The staff at Luminous were so kind and patient, after several visits my son has been able to stay in dental chair and have his teeth cleaned. Thank you to all the staff, especially Bonnie for her patience. My boy trusts you.
