I have had more challenges booking or rebooking appointments this last year at this clinic and issues with billings unfortunately. While Dr.Chu is a skilled and compassionate dentist, my experience yesterday in particular was disappointing compared to prior ones. The dental cleaning itself was unpleasant yesterday. Many staff changes, which I appreciate is inevitable.

We had a fantastic experience at Luminous Dental Centre with my 7-year-old son! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. They took the time to explain every step in a gentle and kid-friendly way, which helped my son feel relaxed and even excited about his visit!

Very impressed with Dr. Berlin and her wonderful staff. So fortunate to have found Luminous as a replacement for our previous dentist. Highly recommended.

I'm a retired dentist. My dentist recently retired and I was lucky enough to visit Dr Gavin Chu at Luminous Dental Centre. I always thought I was the best dentist around but after being seen by Gavin, it seems I just dropped down to number two. He is the BEST! His assistant, Tracy, and Receptionist Christine are also great. I hope they never retire.

I have been going to Dr Chu for many many years. He still works a couple days a week and is a great dentist. He has great bedside manner and doesn’t suggest anything extra, only what you need. The hygienist was great as well, doing what was needed in a pleasant manner and doing it efficiently.
