I had 3 appointment in the past 10 days, first with Nancy for my biannual check up and cleaning. She was great! Met Dr. Ben for the first time too who fixed 2 issues I had and he is an awesome. Dentist I hope he sticks around there, Though I miss seeing Dr. Chu, Dr. Ben was really great. All the new staff there, from front desk and especially Tracy are really great too

Excellent experience! Bonnie was friendly, supportive of changes I made with flossing, efficient with cleaning and checked on my comfort level! I was really impressed with the exam by Dr Ben. It was very thorough . It was the most complete I can remember.

For anyone worried about pain when getting needles, you don't need to be here. They numb the area with gel first and then proceed slowly with needle. You actually don't feel the needle. The filling was fixed with no pain! Excellent experience.

I have had more challenges booking or rebooking appointments this last year at this clinic and issues with billings unfortunately. While Dr.Chu is a skilled and compassionate dentist, my experience yesterday in particular was disappointing compared to prior ones. The dental cleaning itself was unpleasant yesterday. Many staff changes, which I appreciate is inevitable.

I have been coming here for many years . All the staff are kind and courteous . The Dentists are very thorough in their examinations. I get a great teeth cleaning here.
