I had a great experience with Dr. Patel and the entire team. I had 13 fillings done, but I didn’t even feel a pinch of pain. Dr. Patel is truly excellent at her job, her gentle approach and calming voice made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. She is a very skilled and caring doctor. The front desk staff and receptionists are also very helpful and friendly, which made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and compassionate dental care.
I live in the building so I thought it’d be convenient to come here - saw two different dentists here and had awful experiences with both. One lady was more concerned about upselling me on cosmetic filings (later confirmed by my brother, who is a dentist) while the other who did my filling (dr sepehr) couldn’t have cared less to be there, and left things in my mouth without rinsing. The person who did my cleaning was fine. Garbage service
I had a cleaning done here a couple of months back. When I came in I was welcomed with an undeniable smell of sweat. Not something you’d expect from, what supposed to be, a sterile environment. The cleaning was okay. But when I was done they asked me if I wanted to book the next cleaning session in 6 months. I said I’d rather book it myself as I do not like to book it so far in advance. Really disliked the dentist. She had no bedside manners, gaslighted and dismissed my complaints, gave me advice contradicting everyone else’s, and was mad at ME for her staff not taking the X-rays properly. Almost every dentist office offers the first visit package thing with checkup, and I’ve done several over the years and as I’ve moved. This was hands down the worst. Excellent service. The hygienist Nicole was very gentle and nice. The front desk staff are gorgeous too. I would recommend everyone to come see for themselves and I will come back next time for sure
