Worst Dentist I ever experienced. The receptionist was rude. A lady with glasses was giving me a hard time with an address change. There is only 1 receptionist that I absolutely love. She shows respect and compassion and makes me feel like a patient and not just an insurance claim. She knows who she is. They lost my business and I will not be going back. I got poked in lip with a needle and my last appointment I left in tears because of how rough the dental assistant was being. Not even an apology until I confronted her.
I've been going to Macleod Trail Dental for the past two years, and I've always had a great experience. Their service is consistently excellent! A special thank you to my hygienist, Cho, for making my appointment today so wonderful. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain each step of the process. I really appreciate her care and attention to detail. 💛
My wife loves this dental office and keeps telling me all the good things about it! She’s always been super happy with her dentist, Dr Gill, as she is very professional, honest and excellent at what she does. And now she says she’s found the best hygienist ever, Cho, who she always looks forward to seeing. Great Dentist office that was able to quickly diagnose, build a plan and help for an emergency I'm not a patient there visit. The staff are also very helpful and top notch.
Lovely place, nice people, excellent service and hygienists. However; recommend a degree of caution concerning the dental staff - specifically concerning overly aggressive intervention philosophy. On my first visit it was indicated to me that I’d require a large number of fillings. I sought a second opinion from another practice, which reduced the total number of required fillings by two thirds.
