Absolutely cannot recommend Macleod Trail Dental enough. As someone with dental anxiety and sensory sensitivities, the dentist has always been enormously stressful for me. My hygienist (Victoria) was so kind, gentle, and informative and made me feel so safe and comfortable. I felt so cared for and this was truly a standout for me in dental health care.
Amazing service! It’s difficult to find a great dentist these days, but I found one in Dr. Jennifer, she’s highly skilled and professional. The hygienist did an outstanding job as well. I felt comfortable throughout my visit and appreciated how thorough and caring the entire team was.
Highly recommend! The staff at MTD work very hard to make sure you have a good experience, and are very receptive to feedback if you feel like you aren't having a good experience. Every single dental hygienist I've seen (about 3 or 4) has been very gentle, thorough, and easy to talk to. I am never disappointed. Macleod trail dental is amazing. I avoided the dentist for years and never went regularly. Now, I've kept my appointments regular for 2 years as I feel comfortable with their work. They are a really friendly and knowledgeable team all the way from reception to the hygienist to the dentist. Special shout out to Victoria, who has been my hygienist now for a couple of years. She is absolutely amazing and by herself deserves the 5 stars and recognition.
Victoria is the nicest and most gentle hygienist I have ever had. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. Made me feel comfortable which I appreciated. Definitely will be back and requesting her for my future cleanings.
