After my recent dental appointment, which went smoothly, I felt a sense of relief and satisfaction. The hygienist was gentle and thorough during the cleaning, and the dentist was reassuring as he performed the examination. There were no major issues found. The office staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire visit pleasant and stress-free. I left the clinic with a clean, fresh feeling in my mouth and a renewed commitment to maintaining my oral health!!!
The staff are very professional and pleasant. Dr.Boissonneault is caring and knowledgeable and is compassionate with her work. She explained my opinions in detail to allow me to better choose the right course of action. She was very informative before and during my root canals explaining step by step what she was doing. She would frequently ask me if I was okay to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Boissonneault. She will be my dentist from now on.
Dr. Elsyed is really knowledgeable and understanding. I had to get a filling done in a very awkward spot. Dr, Elsyed was so persistent and would not accept less than perfection. He gives you confidence as soon as you talk to him. Staff are nice as well.
Dr Mady puts up with my kind of crazy.. When I was a kid the numbing process wasn’t quite the same when I went to my first dentist, It was at times excruciating. That caused me to have a phobia I carry to this day about Dentists. Dr Mady was the first Dentist where I had absolutely zero pain during the procedures. I was floored In the best way possible. I'm a newer patient. I've had two visits. One for a tooth to be pulled, next cleaning. Michelle the hygienist, is gentle and listens and is very professional and kind. Dr.Mady, same very professional and wasted no time getting the proper help I need with a periodontist. Definitely 5 stars from me!
