We’ve been visiting this clinic over the past few weeks as a whole family, and the experience has been excellent every time. The staff are welcoming, patient, and very professional, especially with children. The clinic is clean, organized, and makes everyone feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, especially if you’re anxious, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy dental team.
Dr Woo is amazing with kids and super thorough, patient, and kind. Our hygienist was amazing with kids too! Highly recommend for kids and adults because he is my dentist too.

I had to take a day off to come to my appointment and was told that the appointment and the reminder was done by mistake! Very bad team at reception. Wouldn’t recommend to go to that clinic. My first bad experience with a dental clinic! Cancelling a patient’s file and upcoming appointment without prior written notice is, by any standard, unprofessional—particularly when the patient is seeking care for an active complaint.
