The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel very comfortable and truly cared for. The whole experience was surprisingly relaxing — something I don't usually associate with dental visits. I’m so glad I found Maidstone Dental and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I CANNOT believe that a dentist expects a new patient to book an entire morning or afternoon off to have a “new patient” exam. I had called to book and exam and cleaning for my daughter and I when I was informed that if we wanted to come on the same day that we would be there “the whole day”!!’ 😳 Not to mention that the cost per person is 605.00!!!! I would 100% recommend this dental office, the staff were efficient, caring, and greatly hospitable. The environment was calm, clean and very inviting, I had an emergency and was well taken care of. I felt as though I was safe and heard, not forced or overlooked. I was in so much pain not only was I seen immediately but they also took time to make sure I was comfortable. 10 out 10 service, atmosphere, efficiency, most wonderful staff I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. Thank you and God bless these angels and saints.

We live nearly 2 hours away from the location, but it's worth the trip for the service and expertise we get. Plus they're great with kids! My kids have had a ton of work done, and never are afraid to go to the dentist. Dr. Ellis is unmatched.

Had a metal filling replaced at another dentist and it was giving me issues. So as a second opinion it was discovered that my tooth was cracked. The clinic was very professional and knowledgeable, they took the time to sit down and explain everything. It was the most indepth briefing I had ever had in a dentist's office. The best analogy would be a briefing on a trip to mars. Teeth cleaning was a painless process, best I have experienced. Looking for a new dentist give them a chance, I'm very happy.
