Truly my best experience ever! The entire staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. They were so understanding and comforting after I shared my past dental anxiety. The office itself is beautiful and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. If you ever feel anxious about dental visits, I highly recommend making this your new dentist — you’ll feel completely at ease here!
Dr. Ellis and her team are wonderful!! From the moment you walk in the office you immediately feel relaxed and welcomed! They take their time to get to know you, listen to your concerns and explain in detail the treatment plan that is best for you. I had a great experience! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with any question, and everything was explained clearly so I felt informed and comfortable throughout my visit. Dr Ellis made me feel at ease and really cared about my comfort. I left feeling confident about my care, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care!!
Dr Ellis and her staff are so accommodating and amazing . From the moment you walk in the door until you leave they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I am absolutely blown away with Maidstone Dental. From the moment I called to book a meet and greet they have been nothing but the friendliest staff I have ever dealt with. Working in healthcare myself I see how much negative staff and environments play a roll in patients and their comfortability.
