I was very impressed with the level of expertise, thoroughness, clinical skills, and passionate care provided by Dr. Ellis. Every step was clearly explained and I was given the opportunity to get involved in the process of the management plan. The entire team was welcoming and efficient, and the experience was smooth and comfortable. I was also impressed with the clinic itself- modern, clean and cozy. The atmosphere really exceeded my expectations.

Dr.Ellis and her staff are all so kind, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time at a dentist! I was a little nervous for some of the process, but they were always checking in through out to ensure I was as comfortable and pain-free as possible. So glad I chose Maidstone dental and would definitely recommend to everybody!

Maidstone Dental starts you off by educating you, how best to take care of you and your families teeth, based on up to date basic information as well as one's personal health conditions. They use new and up to date equipment to inspect your teeth thoroughly. Then they inform you of all your options as well as assist with insurance and/or help you learn about other financial options. Truly my best experience ever! The entire staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. They were so understanding and comforting after I shared my past dental anxiety. The office itself is beautiful and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. If you ever feel anxious about dental visits, I highly recommend making this your new dentist — you’ll feel completely at ease here!

Ok I had 6 fillings done today at Maidstone Dental. 4. of them were very large and had the old mercury fillings. Dr Erin was exceptional. Her assistant was as well. I do not like getting dental work done. These ladies had me pretty relaxed with a warm blanket a heated neck warmer and my favourite series on the overhead tv. Can’t think of a better way to get dental work done!
