Dr. Ellis and her team are wonderful!! From the moment you walk in the office you immediately feel relaxed and welcomed! They take their time to get to know you, listen to your concerns and explain in detail the treatment plan that is best for you. I am absolutely blown away with Maidstone Dental. From the moment I called to book a meet and greet they have been nothing but the friendliest staff I have ever dealt with. Working in healthcare myself I see how much negative staff and environments play a roll in patients and their comfortability. This office goes beyond what is necessary to ensure their patients are comfortable and aware of what is going on. Exceptional Dental Office, with wonderful staff. I strongly recommend them. I visited Maidstone Dental for a routine teeth cleaning as a new patient. During the consultation phase with Dr. Ellis and Jacky, they raised concerns about a few items that they recommended be addressed and I decided to get it done. As the world's biggest dentist fradey cat, I 10000% recommend Dr Ellis as a dentist. Her bedside manner is fantastic, she was very caring and comforting. She thoroughly explained everything going on with my procedure and kept checking in with me the entire time. It's great to finally have someone I trust to work on my teeth.

Had another excellent experience with Dr Ellis. There is no pain when you get frozen (that's a first for me in over 30 years of dental procedures) she completed what a specialist would need to and she did it pain free. Love this dentist it's the best for those that are scared of the pain of needles.
