Dr.Ellis and her staff are all so kind, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time at a dentist! I was a little nervous for some of the process, but they were always checking in through out to ensure I was as comfortable and pain-free as possible. So glad I chose Maidstone dental and would definitely recommend to everybody!
Truly my best experience ever! The entire staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. They were so understanding and comforting after I shared my past dental anxiety. The office itself is beautiful and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. If you ever feel anxious about dental visits, I highly recommend making this your new dentist — you’ll feel completely at ease here!
Ok I had 6 fillings done today at Maidstone Dental. 4. of them were very large and had the old mercury fillings. Dr Erin was exceptional. Her assistant was as well. I do not like getting dental work done. These ladies had me pretty relaxed with a warm blanket a heated neck warmer and my favourite series on the overhead tv. Can’t think of a better way to get dental work done!
Dr. Ellis and her team are wonderful!! From the moment you walk in the office you immediately feel relaxed and welcomed! They take their time to get to know you, listen to your concerns and explain in detail the treatment plan that is best for you. I had a great experience! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with any question, and everything was explained clearly so I felt informed and comfortable throughout my visit. Dr Ellis made me feel at ease and really cared about my comfort. I left feeling confident about my care, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care!!
