Always a very friendly atmosphere here. They work together well. I was given a warm comfy blanket to put over my legs as I was having a chill, very nice.
The dentist was great. BUT the receptionist was Beyond Rude again !! I had same prob last visit. She was rude to other staff members as well. Talking down to the xray lady. She called her out right in front of me then rolled her eyes. I was not impressed with they way she spoke to me and the staff. Yet when the dentist was around. She was diff person. Night and day.
Dr Carins and staff are very friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and we talked about options to fix some of the issues after he did my exam. I left feeling good and confident about my dental health.
The staff at Main Street Dental are fantastic. They are so personable, and really make sure you feel looked after. Dr Cairns is so kind, and really makes sure his patients understand the process, which is great for anyone who feels some anxiety in the dentist's chair.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The women were all very professional and welcoming. We had a few laughs. They made sure I was comfortable. Very good teeth cleaning experience .
