I love that they are 99% of the time on time ! They also accommodate my schedule as much as possible. Love the reminder emails and texts as well. Dr Joe has been our family dentist for a long time. I'm grateful for his compassion.
My 7:30 appt was excellent! Even though it was super early, Trish made it very enjoyable with her enthusiasm and humor! I even had a blanket offered to me to make me cozy! This is the best dental office if you are in the market for a new dentist! Excellent staff and service! Dr. Joe, you rock!
I couldn't rate this office any higher! What an absolutely wonderful staff! They are all so kind and friendly, everyone took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Dr Carnes is wonderful! So friendly and very easy to ask questions to and happy to explain things to you. They took me in for an emergency infection right away, and had me back for a follow up all within a week. If anyone ever asks for a recommendation, this will be where I refer them to. 5 stars across the board!
Main St. Dental 🦷 handles their patients with the utmost care and professionalism. The consistently friendly and efficient admin division makes each visit a welcoming one. My daughter was experiencing a severe toothache, and despite contacting numerous dental offices, the earliest appointments available were two weeks to a month away. It was incredibly distressing to see her in pain and feel unable to help due to the lack of immediate availability.
