My experience was great. Dr. Carins is always friendly and easy to talk to. He explains everything he is doing in a very calming manner. I feel very comfortable going in for my appointments. The staff is great as well, right from the moment you walk in the front door to the ones who work with the patients.
The dentist office was very accommodating about rescheduling my appointment. The hygienist, Jill, was pleasant and listened to my concerns earnestly. She commented on how much better this appointment was because of the improvement in my gums since the last time I was in to see her. All good, and an efficient use of the appointment time.
My cleaning and check up went very smoothly. I managed to get in 6 weeks early due to a cancellation! Shout out to the front end staff. 😁
The dentist was great. BUT the receptionist was Beyond Rude again !! I had same prob last visit. She was rude to other staff members as well. Talking down to the xray lady. She called her out right in front of me then rolled her eyes. I was not impressed with they way she spoke to me and the staff. Yet when the dentist was around. She was diff person. Night and day.
Always a very friendly atmosphere here. They work together well. I was given a warm comfy blanket to put over my legs as I was having a chill, very nice.
