The staff at Main Street Dental are fantastic. They are so personable, and really make sure you feel looked after. Dr Cairns is so kind, and really makes sure his patients understand the process, which is great for anyone who feels some anxiety in the dentist's chair.
I had a great experience with the staff and Dentist. Very reliable and efficient.The appointment reminders was very helpful. I will definitely recommend family and friends.
I love that they are 99% of the time on time ! They also accommodate my schedule as much as possible. Love the reminder emails and texts as well. Dr Joe has been our family dentist for a long time. I'm grateful for his compassion.
As someone who typically experiences high anxiety when it comes to dental appointments, I found my visits to Main Street Dental, especially with Dr. Cairn, to be excellent. Whether it’s cleanings or more involved dental work, I feel significantly less anxious now. The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and professional, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable and reassuring.
I couldn't rate this office any higher! What an absolutely wonderful staff! They are all so kind and friendly, everyone took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Dr Carnes is wonderful! So friendly and very easy to ask questions to and happy to explain things to you. They took me in for an emergency infection right away, and had me back for a follow up all within a week. If anyone ever asks for a recommendation, this will be where I refer them to. 5 stars across the board!
