The staff are so up beat and positive. They offered a compassionate space for my fear of dental procedures and continually checked in with me on how to best accommodate my anxiety throughout the appointment. They did an excellent job on the actual dental work and explained what they were going to fix, how they were going to fix it and used the xrays for a visual so I could see and understand the procedure clearly. I have avoided the dentist for years due to dental anxiety, but Dr. Kazkaz and the staff made me feel completely safe and judged-free. Dr. Kazkaz is a very gentle, competent, perfectionist. My crown feels exactly like my natural tooth, and the bite was perfect on the first try without any adjustments needed. The bridge fit wonderfully - no pain, no adjustment. A Great Overall Experience. Everyone was very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. While also making sure you are well informed on any questions, or concerns you may have. I can say very confidently this will be my go to Dental Clinic for many years to come :)
I have SEVERE fear of the dentist. When I say, "severe" I mean it as I would rather have kidney stones again than visit the dentist. Lo and behold, I come across Main Street Dential. Even upon my initial call I felt listened to and not just treated as a number. The front end staff was so warm and convivial; so I made my appointments. I wasnt disappointed. Not in the least. I’ve never been afraid of the dentist — but if dental visits had a luxury rating system, this place would be five-star, Michelin-level for molars. Every appointment feels organized, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable (yes, I said enjoyable). The team is welcoming, the office is spotless, and everything runs smoother than my freshly polished teeth.
