I had to tell everyone how much fun my son had at the dentist. He's a very active and curious almost 7 year old and the dental assistant was amazing with him. He got to sit on every chair, touch instruments carefully, and see his teeth on the computer screen. By the time it was time to get his cavity fixed, he was able to sit completely stiff and was done in no time. Now he asks when he is going to get to go back again. Very child friendly now :)
The new dentist is very friendly (sorry, I have forgotten her name) and compassionate. Janine is very understanding and eager to help find ways to make you more comfortable during the exams. And Dave goes above and beyond to ensure billing is clear and all information is shared with patients prior to service and after. The rest of the staff is friendly, I just haven't dealt with them directly.
Had my 2nd appointment today. Everyone was great! The receptionist was friendly and cheerful. Always good to help settle anybody’s nerves. The dentist was gentle and letting you know what’s going on and the assistant was pleasant and made sure I was ok. If anything my only complaint, if you can call it that is how long the freeze lasts! It lasts for hrs! I guess that’s really a good thing! 😄
I was treated with concern, respect and was given detailed explanations. I appreciate that I can direct my care plan and was in no way pressured in any direction. Dr Ali is wonderful, as is every staff member. Very highly recommended.
