The office was neat and clean and the staff at the front desk were professional, efficient, and pleasant to interact with. My past experience has been front desk staff are usually one extreme or the other; either dry, insensitive, & uncaring, or overly obsequious, smiley and insincere. Dr. Holt is amazing! This was my first time having a procedure with Maple Valley Family Dental and I was thrilled how nice that staff was and how smooth everything went. Also, I really appreciated the localized numbing - literally, he only numbed the tooth and I was back to normal within the hour. Fantastic work!
Very impressive staff from the front desk to the dentists. My former dentist retired and I chipped a tooth and needed a crown, they fit me in quickly and made the repair in a timely manner. I returned for a 6 month cleaning and Mara did an excellent job ( the best cleaning I’ve ever had) it was obvious she took pride in her work and went the extra mile to make sure the cleaning was done right.
Feel very taken care of. Went in for regular cleaning. Hygienist noticed I was limping and asked me about it. Told her I had a total knee replacement 6 weeks ago. Immediately care and concern about antibiotics need, etc. called my surgeon’s office and they said I wasn’t supposed to have any dental work for 12 weeks. Dodged a billet there because of good observational skills and paying attention, thank you!!!
The office is very clean and welcoming. Wendy at the front desk was very friendly. Michelle cleaned my teeth. She was very kind and gentle. Dr. Rockwood was very personable and gave me some good feedback. I highly recommend this dental office.
