As a first time patient, this was a great experience. They were able to see me quickly after my call (within a day). I had a filling that needed to be taken care of and the Dr. was thorough but quick and I felt literally NO pain when he inserted the needle for anesthesia. I will be returning for future dental work and cleaning.
When my dentist retired, I was sure I wouldn’t find another dentist I trusted as much as him. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I was very anxious about visiting new dentists. When I first walked in the door at this place, I was greeted by the sweet office staff, same as I was at my old dentist. Dr. Holt was very nice and explanatory and I can say my anxiety was gone by the time I met him. I’m happy to say I’ve found a new dentist, here!! I WILL be coming back and will be recommending this place to family and friends.
Amazing as usual. Always friendly. Greeted first thing. Taken back right away. The cleaning was quick and painless. (I get stressed out). The doc was there quick and checked things out to make sure their were no changes to the plan. Then they scheduled me out for the next couple visits, since they are busy and this world keep me on schedulewith my plan. I was a couple minutes late, but even with xrays, I was out in less than an hour.
I have been going here for over 20 years. They have hired the best people over the years. The dental hygienist did the best job on my teeth. Came out so clean and shiny. The dentists are always so nice and very knowledgeable. Front office staff is so friendly and sweet!
Mara was so committed to do the second half of my deep cleanse that she gave up one of her days off to look after me. She clearly cared. Have you heard of anyone else so thoughtful? Her communication on procedure was highly comforting and left me feeling very positive when we were done. She included Dr. Holt for consultation and together they epitomize what Maple Valley Family Dental Care is all about. This is an awesome dental service. Don't hesitate to use them.
