The whole team is incredibly kind - the receptionists, the assistants and Dr. Mo. They are gentle and make coming in to the dentist’s office less nerve inducing. Dr. Mo is very professional and genuinely kind. He consistently makes sure I’m comfortable and checks in throughout the appointment to ensure there’s no pain or discomfort. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients’ experience and well-being. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dental team.
Sam was the lady who performed my routine cleaning. She was very efficient and friendly, explaining everything she was doing and offering some tips to improve my daily routine. She also has a good sense of humour. I would be happy to see her again for my next appointment.
I was greeted at the door by the reception who was very kind, asked my name, how I was doing and invited me to take a seat. I was then greeted by the dental hygienist Hailee who was friendly and inviting. The cleaning I received was one of the best I’ve ever had. My teeth feel polished and it was done in a timely manner. Would recommend this dental hygienist to my freinds and family. Thank you for your friendly service and staff.
I had a great experience, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable.
