I have been going to Marine Way Dental for about 2 years. A shout out to Dr Dion Li for his patience, answering all my questions and providing excellent service. He is very caring and understanding. The practice also has excellent support staff. I have raved and recommended this dental practice to my friends. I give a solid 5 star rating!
Really great practice! In a pretty good location, clean, super nice secretary staff, and super nice doctors & assistants. Honestly just overall a really good atmosphere for a Dentist, and I definitely will be back. They were so great with making sure my insurance worked before I had to pay, too. Really going above and beyond what I expected.
I would 100% NOT recommend this place to any first time clients. I scheduled an appointment with them 3 weeks in advance. A few days before my appointment, I received a notification that the appointment time was changed. I called to clarify, and they said it was an error on their system and still to come at the scheduled time. The night before my appointment which was at 9am, I got a call saying the dentist was not available anymore and asked if I can come in at 10am. I agreed to that. I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The staff and doctors were kind and helpful. Their prices are reasonable and not as high as other dentists. I highly recommend this place for your dental care!
