Every single time a member of my family (and myself) have an appointment we feel well cared for. They clearly explain each procedure, ensure pricing is clear, and have great follow up for appointment reminders. The environment is calm, clean and comfortable. Everything seems well organized and prepared, staff seem happy and engaged. Great with any age, best dentist in the area.
Today's visit went very well with my oldest son. Staff was very caring, and very sociable with us. Made my son feel very comfortable and safe while getting fillings put in. Went through every step they were going to do next and what he needed to do help them out. And willing to work with us and the insurance company when things go wrong between them. From the moment I walk into the Marinovich Dental clinic, the staff are all so friendly. Dr. John Marinovich did an awesome job today on my crown and has always done a great and thorough job in the past. Kaitlyn the dental assistant and Heather and Dawn the Dental Hygienists and all the team do amazing work as well. My husband has Dr. Matt Marinovich who also does an awesome job! Has to be the absolutely friendliest Dental office I've ever been to. Dental assistant Michele could not have been more kind, making sure I was totally comfortable. Dr. John honestly made what was not a straightforward procedure into something fairly routine. Top notch dentists, and a great team at this practice. :)
I have been seeing Dr.John since I was a toddler, and he has taken care of my teeth my entire life- (and he’s taken care of both of my parents!) through intense braces & a jaw surgery, and everything in between. I have been living in Toronto and traveling the 2+ hours to see him & the Marinovich team, they are well worth the drive. He recently referred me to a dental office closer to home to ensure I was keeping up with my cleanings, and it is with a heavy heart that I’ve changed dentists.
