The front staff are welcoming and communicate simply, which makes the process quick and easy. The hygienist I see is an Asian woman. She is very calm and really takes the time to listen to my concerns. Unlike others I’ve been to, she never rushes through the appointment. I’ve also seen two different dentists here, both of whom were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. I also appreciate how quiet and focused the staff are while working on my teeth.
I am a hygienist on Saturdays at MarPark Dental & recently had hygiene treatment from Dr. Louie. I was blown away by the precision, gentleness & utterly thorough cleaning. It was incredible…was almost in tears with joy….the last time I experienced such a thorough hygiene treatment was from a hygienist who has probably over 35 years experience but is too busy to connect with! The staff at MarPark dental are kind courteous, they are quick and very thorough with all their services. I am very happy I have found them as a my dentist. I give all the staff very high praise.
They offer extended hours and Saturday appointments. Always fast and professional. Cleanings and checkups are less expensive than my previous dentist.
I have to say that MarPark Dental has changed my views of visiting a Dental office 100%. I haven’t had a dental appointment for over 10 years due to unpleasant experiences with other places. At MarPark Dental I felt so comfortable and my concerns were taken seriously with care. I am so please with everyone from the front desk to Dentist Dinh and his Hygienist so gentle and professional.
