Everything was perfect! I love the staff! Dr. Jones is one of the best dentists I've encountered! I enjoyed the cleaning service. Everyone is responsible, precise, and knowledgeable in their work. This will definitely be my dental home from now on.☺️
I contacted the clinic regarding an appointment under the Canadian Dental Care Plan. I was informed that there would still be fees even with 100% coverage, but the staff could not explain how much I would need to pay. Even after asking specifically about exam and cleaning costs, I was not given clarity on my out-of-pocket portion. Clearer communication would be helpful.
Had an appointment for a filling in a wisdom tooth that wasn't that easy to get to. Dr Nazli Crump and her team were excellent. Best dental visit I have ever experienced other than having a report that they can't find any cavities!! At times I thought they were having too much fun but that's what made the experience so relaxing for me. Would recommend the Marquis Dental Group for sure.
I have been with Marquis Dental for years. My dentist retired and am now a patient with Dr. Crump. I can’t say enough about her and the staff. I had an emergency over the holidays and was called back promptly. Dr. Crump is patient centred, caring and a very competent dentist. Thanks for your help!
Our family have been patients of this clinic for 3 decades. We have all been so well taken care of. Recently I had a procedure to treat TMJ, which caused headaches and general discomfort all the time. The results have been miraculous and I am so thankful I followed through with it.
