We’ve been using MaxAssist in our clinic and it has made a big difference in our daily workflow. It helps streamline insurance verification and a lot of the front desk tasks that normally take up a lot of time. The system is easy to use and has helped our team stay more organized during busy days. The support team is also very responsive whenever we need help. Overall, it’s been a great tool for improving efficiency in our practice. Highly recommended for dental clinics!
We are a new user of MaxAssist. Their is a learning curve however the program has many features that our other provider did not. The dash board is nice to follow long and see what our low hanging fruit is. The lists are nicely laid out. I like the texting has more characters then our previous provider. Support is fast and efficient as answering my questions.
