We’ve been using MaxAssist in our clinic and it has made a big difference in our daily workflow. It helps streamline insurance verification and a lot of the front desk tasks that normally take up a lot of time. The system is easy to use and has helped our team stay more organized during busy days. The support team is also very responsive whenever we need help. Overall, it’s been a great tool for improving efficiency in our practice. Highly recommended for dental clinics!
Max Assist is the best!! We tried several programs before Max but they all over promised and under delivered. Then we were lucky enough to find Max and have no intentions of ever leaving. I have had great experiences with MaxAssist. It improves communications with patients and has made follow-ups and short notice communications much more efficient. The support staff have also been excellent - always friendly, quick to respond and willing to help!
I use MaxAssist in our dental office. It is a great tool to have to keep in touch with our patients and assist our day along side our regular dental program. From time to time, something will come up that I need assistance with. I can contact them and have very prompt technical assistance. They are always very efficient and great to talk with.
