I recently had a dental procedure at Mclaughlin Dental Centre -with Dr. So and her hygienist and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were sensitive to my anxiety and came up with a perfect solution. They explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the visit. After my appointment, I felt confident knowing my teeth were in the best hands. The staff truly care, and it shows.
This office is clean, bright and welcoming, and ALL the ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful! Initially, I was seen by Dr. Bae who is lovely and was able to quickly diagnosed my issue. Hygienist, Mary Beth, is calm, supportive and GENTLE, and put me at ease during my first visit. Both Dr. Bae and Mary Beth are professional, personable and simply delightful! I've never had such a positive experience with a dental practice! Highly recommended! ☆☆☆☆☆
Another great experience. Dr. Brierley and his staff are professional, yet very personable, knowledgeable and compassionate. They explain things in a way that is understandable, all the way through the dental process, including options and recommendations pre- procedure and post-op…. In summary I have no hesitation in saying “they all are the very best”
I've had several dentists at McLaughlin Dental Clinic over the past couple of years. Their work has been amazing from tooth extraction to bone graft, implant, filling, and reconstruction of chipped and worn front teeth. I couldn't ask for better dentists. The friendly staff, attentive hygenists, and the dentist's high standards give me confidence that I'll leave with a smile on my face. Highly recommended!
Dr. Brierley and April are always compassionate and kind. They accommodate me with my limitations. The last appointment I joked that we should post a selfie saying: “I went to the dentist and I had fun.”
