Good first impression and convenience are important to me. I have been going to different dental clinics for the past years and by far, Memorial Square Dental clinic has given me the best first impression and it’s closer to my home and work place. Staffs are kind, willing to help and respectful. There’s proper communication and explanation for the treatment plan(s) and coverage. Great team! Keep it up and thanks for your warm welcome! 😁
First off the place is so clean and modern and the staff are so friendly and very hospitable and very caring! Dr. Hassan is a magician and Leanne also was so helpful and very kind! I had gotten a filling done and it was painless and was really quick and efficient! If you’re new to Calgary or need a new dentist come check this place out! You will now be disappointed 10/10 stars
Always excellent in explaining issues and treatments. Proactive in maintenance and addressing problems before they become bigger. I had a tooth that needed pulling last year. They were going to try and handle the extraction, but when they looked closer they were worried about it fragmenting and complications from the infection. I appreciate anyone who can say 'this might be too much for me to handle' and referred me on to someone who could.
I was able to get a. Appointment on short notice, and didn't have to wait long when I arrived. Dr Chua is an excellent dentist, she takes the time to answer questions and provide advice. Our family entire family is now going to. Memorial Square Dental Clinic.
I had a rough experience at this clinic in the beginning due to a miscommunication, and I’ll admit my initial review reflected that frustration. But I really want to give credit where it’s due — Aman (I hope I spelled it right), the assistant manager, reached out to me personally and went above and beyond to fix the situation.
