Had a dental Emergency, came to see the Team at Mersal and was floored by the experience. Same day appointment and excellent customer service to guide me through the process. Staff is amazing and professional. Very CLEAN office, bright and inviting.
This place was great! It was both of my sons first time at the dentist and they did amazing! We were greeted warmly at reception. Sarah the hygienist was so wonderful with my boys, she was lively and fun and so patient. I work with young children and so I can say that she really is amazing with kids! Dr. Joey was very friendly and gave us expert advice about my oldest’s teeth. Thank you and look forward to coming back myself.

I've been to Mersal Dental twice, both times for emergency treatments. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Dr Mersal and his excellent team looked after me and resolved the issues. More recently, I also had a cleaning by Rebecca and an exam. Both were smooth and comfortable - Rebecca is professional and has a great sense of humour. Glad to have found a dental team I can rely on.
I was a visitor to Ottawa and had a emergency dental situation that needed to see a dentist. I was so grateful that Dr Mersal accommodated me in friendly and provided the treatment which was a great relief for me. Highly recommend.
