Always a great experience at Metro Dental. The staff are very warm and welcoming and the facilities are always clean. The team does an excellent job of explaining the procedures and do their absolute best to make sure you are comfortable throughout. Had a teeth cleaning done recently and Lili the hygienist was very professional and accommodating. Hard to find better service. Highly recommend them for all your dental work!
Front staff are all nice and welcoming. Easy to talk to with appointments and during emergency. Dental Hygienist Joan is so good. Hands are light and not painful. She will explain to you what she is doing and will ask you in between if you are doing okay.
It was my first time getting a filling here, and the dentist is a friendly gentleman whose name I forgot unfortunately. He made me feel at ease. He was highly skilled and professional. Other than a little sting from the anesthesia, the entire procedure was smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely come back for other services. Thank you!
Stephanie, was really great! I thought I was treated in a spa. She did made me relax and comfortable with process and I was surprised that there’s no pain at all. Previously whenever I had my cleaning done I have to have some shots or cream to alliviate some of my teeth sensitivity. Today, was totally different! Thank you, Stephanie for treating me well! Front desk customer service is awesome as well as the dentist he takes his time explaining everything and I never feel rushed. Just starting coming to this clinc after some bad experience and I hope I keep getting this service! Highly recommend
