I do appreciate the whole team led under the great leadership of the manager Maggie! I am a senior & don’t drive, so in winter I have difficulty to make advanced appointment because it’s so dangerous for me to walk on icy road to the bus stop to take public transit to the dental office. I have to play it by ear. On Feb 24, weather turned nice so I called front staff Kasten, if possible, to try to fit me in for teeth scaling before snow came again in Feb 26 evening. I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The space was very clean and had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. My cleaning was completely painless, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was happening.

Dr. Tran is an amazing dentist. Seen me today at the end of the day closing time, his assistant Jessica is always amazing and Andy at the front is helpful and great. Ever since I started seeing a dentist the two of them have been nice and thoughtful.

I genuinely look forward to my hygienist appointments. I’ve never felt this comfortable with any other hygienist before. The care, patience, and attention to detail make the entire experience calm and reassuring. It makes such a difference to feel completely at ease during every visit.

All of Metro Dental’s dentists and assistant dentists are amazing! Very welcoming and professional. I have had a LOT of dental issues in my life and been through many different clinics, and Metro is my favourite dental clinic so far.
