Very friendly and welcoming environment. Dr Moussa is very patient and has a lot of experience under his belt. Additionally, he uses the best materials out there to treat his patients. He takes the time to explain everything, provide options, and does not pressure you to take the decision on the spot. If you are looking for a dental office where you get treated well, I recommend this place.

the best dental office in Toronto, In my opinion. Starting with the two nice ladies at the front desk who always greet you with a smile and strive to make everything easy for you from appointments to insurance to all your requests. Through all the staff in the office. And ending with the wonderful team of doctors who always do an exceptional job. I always recommend this office for these factors.
I have been going to Dr. Boules for over 25 years. He is very good , keep up with the latest technology and very knowledgeable. The stuff there are very helpful and try to accommodate me and my family whenever possible.
The receptionist (a middle aged white woman with bushy brown hair) was extremely RUDE and disrespectful to patients. I asked about fluoride treatments on the phone and because she didn't know the answer, she hung up on me. I then walked over to the office and made her actually ask the doctor and it turns out that they DO flouride treatments. So rude - what kind of receptionist hangs up on people. She was so surprised to see me actually come into the office and gave me an attitude the whole time.
