I am happy with the care I got from everyone there. I felt comfortable and relaxed in the environment. Having a tooth extraction is never easy but it was a good outcome. Explained every step and kept me calm. Thank you to the whole team for all the support 🥰
Angela was my hygienist. She was exceptional! Friendly, engaging, professional and knowledgeable! Dr. Sam(?) was also very good, as we're the front desk staff. The reason for only 3 stars is strictly because I think that paying $245.00 for a cleaning is very steep. I brush/floss religiously so the cleaning is, nor ever has been, one requiring extra work or time. I rationalize the cost that I do go only once a year but the cost really does seem exorbitant, especially for seniors living on a fixed income.
I can't even begin how to tell you how amazing these people are I have an extream fear of dentists and they walked me through everything were so kind and understanding of my anxiety and I mean high anxiety I'm so proud to say you guys are my dentists I couldn't ask for a better more comfortable experience I love you guys thank you so so much for being such beautiful humans
Receptionists are always very pleasant & efficient. Waiting room is always clean & welcoming. Angela my hygienist is amazing. She is very thorough & calming at the same time. Best hygienist ever!
Thank you Midland Family Dentistry for scheduling an emergency appointment for the possible broken tooth. Thanks to Dr. Sam and the team for repairing the shattered filling and not broken tooth.
