Millkey Way is fantastic. Not only are they incredibly patient and loving with my toddlers but, the office staff goes above and beyond for their patients and the patient's families. Maghan Stiles, Office Manager, went well beyond her required role to fight with insurance to ensure a procedure for our daughter was fully covered. This took months. She easily could have washed her hands of the battle but did not stop until they (our insurer) paid the full amount that was required within our plan. Five stars across the board! T... read more

We have been coming to Millkey Way for many years and have consistently been very pleased with our experience. Maghan, office manager, has always handled all of our questions and insurance matters quickly and professionally. She is knowledgeable, organized, and extremely responsive. We had such a great experience with Dr. Millkey and the team at Millkey Way Pediatric Dentistry. Both of our twins needed tongue and lip tie releases, and as new parents Dr. Millkey immediately put us at ease. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and truly made us feel like our babies were in the best hands. The procedure itself was quick and handled with so much care. I needed some help with insurance issues since I had added additional coverage for my daughter. Maghan was extremely helpful and thorough. She was able to get things expedited and my claim pushed through. I could hear the smile through the phone! Her willingness to make sure my issues were being taken care of was amazing and showed how much she loves the work she does! Thanks Maghan!
