I had to get a tooth extracted and I was so nervous and anxious. But due to Dr Bhasin's and her assistant's, my apologies I don’t remember her name, kind understanding and being extremely comforting, my anxiety level went from 10 to 1. Hello, I am disappointed in this dentist. My children and I went to the dentist with CDCP 100% card, but I paid for each procedure. THEY PUT A SIGN ON THEIR TABLES!! DENYAL PLAN IS NOT FREE!!! SAYS THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT COVER ALL OF THEM. IT COVERS 90%, THIS IS A LIE. PLEASE DON’T GET CHEATED. The government covers you 100% with the card, yes. it seems like Dr. Isaac has left and the new hygienists/ dentists are absolutely awful. was with Dr Isaac for almost 4 years. Had a great experience but now the new people are terrible. Extremely pushy and try to use scare tactics to get you to do more cleanings and get more money while providing the worst service. They are also extremely rough when cleaning your teeth. This is the most wonderful dentist's office I've ever been to. Everyone here is SO friendly and patient, and always makes me feel completely at ease. I've never even had to wait in their lobby... they're always ready to take me right at my scheduled time! Seriously, I've never had such efficient, respectful, and positive experience at a dentist before. Thank you!!
Absolutely fantastic experience for an extremely nervous patient. I am now no longer afraid of the dentist Dr Isaac and his team are the best I’ve ever met! Thank you to you and all your team special shout out to Amanda who held my hand throughout my procedures!! I left the clinic smiling every time.
