I had to get a tooth extracted and I was so nervous and anxious. But due to Dr Bhasin's and her assistant's, my apologies I don’t remember her name, kind understanding and being extremely comforting, my anxiety level went from 10 to 1. Hello, I am disappointed in this dentist. My children and I went to the dentist with CDCP 100% card, but I paid for each procedure. THEY PUT A SIGN ON THEIR TABLES!! DENYAL PLAN IS NOT FREE!!! SAYS THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT COVER ALL OF THEM. IT COVERS 90%, THIS IS A LIE. PLEASE DON’T GET CHEATED. The government covers you 100% with the card, yes. What they do is inflate the prices and take extra money from you. I lost so much money to them. I changed dentist. And other dentists also said that what they did was not FAIR. I hav... read more
This is the most wonderful dentist's office I've ever been to. Everyone here is SO friendly and patient, and always makes me feel completely at ease. I've never even had to wait in their lobby... they're always ready to take me right at my scheduled time! Seriously, I've never had such efficient, respectful, and positive experience at a dentist before. Thank you!!
Dr. Isaac and his team are professional and fantastic! They are informative, kind and always smiling. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Dr. Isaac performed a couple fillings and he was very gentle and checked throughout the procedure that I was okay and explained what he was doing each step of the way. I had x-rays at my initial examination and they performed panoramic x-rays which was new to me but showed their investment in their equipment. I am editing this review as it appears that Dr. Isaac has moved on to other endeavors. The new dentists/hygienists are just trying to scrape out every single dollar of your insurance benefits. The hygienists are inexperienced, ie don't know how to do cleanings properly or too rough, not taking correct xrays and then clients have to wait for their errors.
