Checking in was quick and the front desk employee was welcoming and professional. The waiting area was clean and they had a beverage and snack station with yummy healthy options during my short wait. Hailey Lane did my routine cleaning and she was great. I usually don’t enjoy going to the dentist but she made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me so it was easy to understand. Had a wonderful visit! Both doctors were very nice and patient as they went over plans of action and how to work around my insurance. I was really nervous about being judged. I do not have the best oral hygiene and had 2 bad broken teeth in the back. They were compassionate and did not judge me at all.
I started going here this year. I've had 1 deep clean, 1 regular clean, and 2 crowns to date. The employees here do a great job running this place. The work performed was quality and the attention to detail is comforting and appreciated. I look forward to coming back for more work. Thank you Mint team!
I've only had my first visit with them so far but the team was so nice, and explained everything in clear detail that I could understand. Being able to understand what was going on was the best part, every step they told me what they were going to do, what the numbers they called out meant, and how to go forward with my treatment. I've never understood anything at other dentist offices before and was thankful to know what was going on
Top-notch excellent service, my wife and I have been going there for several years now. The Doctor, hygienists and administrators are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend mint dental in Pullman!
