I've been going to Mint Dental since 2018. My previous hygienist Amy was excellent but since she retired it's been a bit of a roller coaster. I finally found another hygienist Melinda, but they didn't schedule me with her today. Instead someone else did my regular cleaning and the whole appointment was over in about 20 minutes. My cleaning usually take 30-35 minutes. She skipped flossing, didn't give a rinse after cleaning and when I asked to rinse she said the person who will come to do my fluoride would take care of it. I have been seeing Dr. Baugus since 2018; a change in insurance led me to his practice. He was quite young at the time, but I came to recognize that he is an absolute professional. He has done an implant, restored several fillings, and just today gave me a crown. Each experience has demonstrated his extraordinary skill and consideration for patient comfort. Really good first patient appointment this morning. Although there were emergencies that caused rescheduling prior to my appointment, the clinic was very communicative and had me booked for the following week. Both Dr and assistant were on top of things, very appreciative of the thorough explanation when it came to issues that came up. Treatment plan details ate flexible and the front desk helped me figure out what would work best for my situation and book any follow up appointments. Based on the times I’ve been, I’ve only had good encounters with the workers here. They are all friendly and really understanding with me, and then are upfront about things which I appreciate lots! I do recommend coming here as you won’t be disappointed in the customer service, as well as the work they do.

I have an intense fear of the dentist after a botched dental procedure many years ago at another dentist. I had a filing fall out, breaking some of my molar off with it. I called Mint Condition on Monday and got an appointment for the next day. The entire emergency appointment went so quickly and smoothly.
