I have been seeing Dr. Baugus since 2018; a change in insurance led me to his practice. He was quite young at the time, but I came to recognize that he is an absolute professional. He has done an implant, restored several fillings, and just today gave me a crown. Each experience has demonstrated his extraordinary skill and consideration for patient comfort. I had an absolutely incredible experience with them! I had a filling break and while I wasn’t in pain, they were able to get me in the next morning to figure out what’s going on! I had to get a crown, and they scheduled me as soon as I was available and quickly got it done! The dentist was very thorough in helping talk me through everything and did a very thorough job on the crown! He was also very gentle, as the crown stopped hurting less than 12 hours after placement! Got a crown/onlay/partial crown done here about a year ago and felt it come loose while chewing gum. I called them to schedule an EMERGENCY appointment and was told that they wouldn’t be able to get me in until the end of the week. Mind you, leaving a crown not intact can lead to tooth decay and make the issues WAY WORSE. Once I told them it was a restoration of their work they were able to get me in the next day. Wow!l!!!! I can’t say enough about this practice. The professionalism is outstanding. I moved here to Pullman Washington from Arizona one year ago. Because it’s a smaller area I was concerned I would not find a good dentist. I am 64 years old and have been through a lot of them. Some good, some not so good of course. Based on the times I’ve been, I’ve only had good encounters with the workers here. They are all friendly and really understanding with me, and then are upfront about things which I appreciate lots! I do recommend coming here as you won’t be disappointed in the customer service, as well as the work they do.
