I have an intense fear of the dentist after a botched dental procedure many years ago at another dentist. I had a filing fall out, breaking some of my molar off with it. I called Mint Condition on Monday and got an appointment for the next day. The entire emergency appointment went so quickly and smoothly. I had an absolutely incredible experience with them! I had a filling break and while I wasn’t in pain, they were able to get me in the next morning to figure out what’s going on! I had to get a crown, and they scheduled me as soon as I was available and quickly got it done! The dentist was very thorough in helping talk me through everything and did a very thorough job on the crown! He was also very gentle, as the crown stopped hurting less than 12 hours after placement! Got a crown/onlay/partial crown done here about a year ago and felt it come loose while chewing gum. I called them to schedule an EMERGENCY appointment and was told that they wouldn’t be able to get me in until the end of the week. Mind you, leaving a crown not intact can lead to tooth decay and make the issues WAY WORSE. Once I told them it was a restoration of their work they were able to get me in the next day. They were so wonderful to me. They treat their patients very well. Every point of service from my initial call/intake/check in everything all the way through was awesome. Painless X-rays. Very kind, knowledgeable & fun staff. Handsome doctors. Did not judge me for being long overdue and accepted me even though I don’t have insurance. Very affordable reasonable payment options as a cash patient! Felt more like a trip to the spa than the dentist, can’t wait to go back for my whitening! 🤍
I got 2 crowns from this dentist office in the summer of 2023. I had previously had 2 silver crowns from when I was younger that were only supposed to be temporary, but I never got them removed. Everyone was nice, but also very concerned/ showing judgement towards the fact that I had left them on for so long but were excited to help me. They shaved both teeth completely down to where there was no more discolored or black/dead tooth left and popped the crown over the top.
