I had an absolutely incredible experience with them! I had a filling break and while I wasn’t in pain, they were able to get me in the next morning to figure out what’s going on! I had to get a crown, and they scheduled me as soon as I was available and quickly got it done! They were so wonderful to me. They treat their patients very well. Every point of service from my initial call/intake/check in everything all the way through was awesome. Painless X-rays. Very kind, knowledgeable & fun staff. Handsome doctors. Did not judge me for being long overdue and accepted me even though I don’t have insurance. Very affordable reasonable payment options as a cash patient! Felt more like a trip to the spa than the dentist, can’t wait to go back for my whitening! 🤍

I have agoraphobia, and living next to Mint Condition is quite helpful in that I don’t have to stress about the trip over. However, because of my disorder, I still have a history of panicking on the day of and needing to reschedule. They’ve been quite accommodative in that regard, which is helpful! But this year, I’m really trying to fight my phobia and practice exposure and desensitization. Friendly staff and providers! My hygeniest Amy was the best. Told her that I was nervous but she quickly made me comfortable and reassured me constantly that it will be a quick and easy session. She talked me throughout what she was doing and answered all of my concerns. Front office staff are also great and very helpful when it came to my insurance and questions.

Overall good experience with my initial appointment and fillings/cleanings. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning though was way too rough on my mouth with her tools, using them to yank the side of my mouth to one side or the other for her to clean and painfully digging into my gums with a metal scraper, leaving my gums sore…it felt like she was in a rush and did not consider my discomfort even when I would clearly wince in pain.
