Great service by all! Very efficient practice with state of the art equipment. They were also able to get me in quickly for both my initial visit and follow up visit to get some crown work done.
Went to Mint Condition for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with them. They listen to what you have to say and are very good with people nervous about seeing the dentist. Everything was explained, step by step, so there were no unexpected surprises. Dr. Baugus was very thorough and explained his findings very clearly and answered all the questions we had. We had an estimate for the next step before we left the office. Everyone we dealt with there was verh personable and professional. I highly recommend them.
Friendly staff and providers! My hygeniest Amy was the best. Told her that I was nervous but she quickly made me comfortable and reassured me constantly that it will be a quick and easy session. She talked me throughout what she was doing and answered all of my concerns. Front office staff are also great and very helpful when it came to my insurance and questions.
I recently took my daughter for a dental cleaning, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! The dental hygienist was incredibly gentle and friendly, making my daughter feel at ease right from the start. An all around great dentist office. The front desk staff are kind and helpful. Dr. Baugus is a great dentist, willing to answer questions, provide helpful information and tips for your at home dental care, and is the first dentist I feel I can trust when I go in for a visit. At my recent visit I had Hailey as my hygienist, one of the best dentist visits I’ve had because of her. She was gentle, friendly, and did a thorough cleaning. I am so glad I finally found a dental office I feel welcomed and taken care of in.
