They were so wonderful to me. They treat their patients very well. Every point of service from my initial call/intake/check in everything all the way through was awesome. Painless X-rays. Very kind, knowledgeable & fun staff. Handsome doctors. Did not judge me for being long overdue and accepted me even though I don’t have insurance. Very affordable reasonable payment options as a cash patient! Felt more like a trip to the spa than the dentist, can’t wait to go back for my whitening! 🤍

I had an absolutely incredible experience with them! I had a filling break and while I wasn’t in pain, they were able to get me in the next morning to figure out what’s going on! I had to get a crown, and they scheduled me as soon as I was available and quickly got it done! The dentist was very thorough in helping talk me through everything and did a very thorough job on the crown! He was also very gentle, as the crown stopped hurting less than 12 hours after placement! I have agoraphobia, and living next to Mint Condition is quite helpful in that I don’t have to stress about the trip over. However, because of my disorder, I still have a history of panicking on the day of and needing to reschedule. They’ve been quite accommodative in that regard, which is helpful! But this year, I’m really trying to fight my phobia and practice exposure and desensitization. Went to Mint Condition for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with them. They listen to what you have to say and are very good with people nervous about seeing the dentist. Everything was explained, step by step, so there were no unexpected surprises. Dr. Baugus was very thorough and explained his findings very clearly and answered all the questions we had. We had an estimate for the next step before we left the office. Everyone we dealt with there was verh personable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Great service by all! Very efficient practice with state of the art equipment. They were also able to get me in quickly for both my initial visit and follow up visit to get some crown work done.
