It was a great dental experience on my first visit. The staff were friendly, from the receptionists to assistants, hygienist and the dentist. As soon as I walked in, they made me feel so welcome and everyone greeted me with a smile which made me feel relaxed. I went to Monarch to get a filling and had a great experience. The dentist did a great job on my filling and is a nice guy. I really like Jude, the dental assistant. She was friendly and easy to talk to, making the whole experience a positive one. I will definitely be coming back.
I really like this place, the staff is wonderful and qualified. The reception staff is also great, they always find a solution to your problem. My whole family has been going there for over a year now. But I only have one complaint - something's wrong with their climate control. In the winter, their heating is so hot that you melt, and in the summer, the air conditioning is so hot that I freeze like crazy.
