It was a great dental experience on my first visit. The staff were friendly, from the receptionists to assistants, hygienist and the dentist. As soon as I walked in, they made me feel so welcome and everyone greeted me with a smile which made me feel relaxed. The staff answered my array of questions from insurance matters, findings in my mouth and the treatment involve and everyone showed utmost professionalism. This is the second time I’ve brought my son to Monarch Dentistry, and every visit has been amazing! The entire team is so professional and kind — they always make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. My son and I are both so happy with their service.
