This is the second time I’ve brought my son to Monarch Dentistry, and every visit has been amazing! The entire team is so professional and kind — they always make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. My son and I are both so happy with their service. A special thanks to Angelica — she’s wonderful, and it’s such a great plus that she speaks Spanish! All the dentists and assistants are truly fantastic. Highly recommended!
I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the conduct of the Indian receptionist at the front desk. The manner in which she handled my billing was disrespectful and unprofessional. I had already informed the Filipino receptionists that I did not have my card with me, and they were very polite and cooperative in providing instructions. Big Thank you to Dr Chiya and his assistant Jude for saving my tooth that I thought was going to get pulled. Very professional , knowledgeable and curtious .walked me through the entire procedure. The entire staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable and all must love their profession as they are so joyful .***** 5 stars.
Wonderful bunch of people here, from the friendly staff to check you in to the hygienist, to each dentist who consulted. My teeth were so bad, I had to go 3 times for cleaning. It was near painless which was quite a feat since I hadn’t been for a cleaning in over 10 years! The hygienist was so cheerful and patient. She also gave me good advice and encouragement in my progress. All the staff I met went the extra mile to reduce my anxiety. Highly recommended.
DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! Dentists at this practice show zero regard for patient well-being, prioritizing their own profits over ethical care. A year ago roughly Nov 2024, the doctor examined my teeth and declared them in great shape with no issues noted, yet recently (during my visit Nov 15th, 2025) claimed years of tartar buildup had gone unmentioned, pushing scaling and cleaning services I was skeptical about—likely to maximize my employer's insurance coverage for unneeded treatments.
