This’s been my dentist place for almost 3 years, and it’s been great. I appreciate their patience and great costumer service. I also like that they work with my insurance, so I don’t need to worry about submitting claims.
Amazing dentist. It's so hard to find someone for your family dentistry. Our last dentist was lying about how many cavities and oddly was saying my wife had 10 cavities and my daughter 10 cavities. I was suspicious. This dentist confirmed she only had 4. What a difference and he works so hard at making sure your children are happy. Thank you for amazing service today.
This place is a nightmare! They over book then argue about it amongst each other. then tell you that you weren't getting work done just xrays or a cleaning. They make you come in for cleaning or x rays instead of doing the work. It took 18 months to get my fillings, by then they were big holes in my mouth.The receptionist doesn't understand English well and they dont read the patients information correctly for bookings or reminder appointments. I’ve been here last year(winter) for cleaning. And then they refer me for filling and back for another week, and when they done the filling which is I’m not happy! Cause every time I eat I always bite the side of my chick which is inside and make it wound from inside. Which is the dentist not doing my concern which is my tooth from the front that needs a filling. He work on the back which is not my concern and ruins it! Definitely not coming back here..
So I have been at Smile Dental for about 3 years. The hygenists do a fanatastic job, gentle, thorough, friendly, etc. Also, the dentristry is top notch. The issue I have is a recent one. Two weeks ago, after my quarterly cleaning, it was recommended that I have a "quick and simple" procedure perfomed at the base of my teeth because my dentine is exposed and this will prevent future tooth loss.
