This is the second time I’ve brought my son to Monarch Dentistry, and every visit has been amazing! The entire team is so professional and kind — they always make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. My son and I are both so happy with their service. A special thanks to Angelica — she’s wonderful, and it’s such a great plus that she speaks Spanish! All the dentists and assistants are truly fantastic. Highly recommended!
Dr. Chiya Goran is an amazing surgeon with a kind heart. My son had facial trauma and needed emergency jaw surgery at McMaster on Thanksgiving night. It was very stressful, but Dr. Chiya explained everything clearly and made us feel calm. During the 4-hour midnight surgery, he was so calm and confident—it gave us real peace. We’re truly grateful to have had a surgeon like him. A real blessing! Baker family.
Wonderful bunch of people here, from the friendly staff to check you in to the hygienist, to each dentist who consulted. My teeth were so bad, I had to go 3 times for cleaning. It was near painless which was quite a feat since I hadn’t been for a cleaning in over 10 years! The hygienist was so cheerful and patient. She also gave me good advice and encouragement in my progress. All the staff I met went the extra mile to reduce my anxiety. Highly recommended.

This’s been my dentist place for almost 3 years, and it’s been great. I appreciate their patience and great costumer service. I also like that they work with my insurance, so I don’t need to worry about submitting claims.
