UPDATE: I went back and (which almost never happens) I got some fillings as well as some repair work and I just have to say I am beyond grateful. Dr Martin is an artist, he made me actually want to smile with my teeth now. These wonderful people that all work together with a lovely symbiotic nature all seem to also understand The Human Condition more than most Medical teams. Their patience and kindness are unmatched. My mom recently went to see Dr Jones and his team at Monterey Dental. She has mild dementia so is nervous with new surroundings and new people. They were so great with her! Very patient and understanding and they made her feel very comfortable . Thank you to everyone at Monterey!
I had a wonderful experience at this dental office from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and well organized, which immediately made me feel at ease. The check-in process was smooth, and I never felt rushed. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff at Montery Dental Centre especially to my dentist Dr. Jones and the teeth cleaning assistant Hamsa. Every time I go there, they are very kind and very professional. The doctor explains everything in a simple way so I understand what is happening, and he works gently so I don’t feel pain.
