All dentists (most recently Dr. Sam) I have interacted with at this clinic, as well as assistants, hygienists and admin staff are very professional and help to put you at ease. Use most up to date technologies. Follow up to see how you are doing after a more significant procedure. We moved to Brantford in 2023 and elected to keep this as our dental care clinic!
I consistently receive exceptional service here. The staff members are all remarkably friendly, kind, and accommodating. Although I reside in Hamilton and do not drive, I choose to travel by bus to this location specifically because of the outstanding service. Thank you very much!
