Staff are always kind, positive and empathetic to all your wishes and needs. No question too big or small. I was afraid of dentists before having my first appointment. Staff took time to explain everything as the appointment progressed and made sure I was comfortable. Now I am more than confident and continue to be most grateful and more than satisfied. Feel lucky to have found such a GREAT dentist and staff!!
Needed to find a local dentist and was referred to Mountain Creek. What calming and pleasant experience. All staff were amazing from the time I walked in. The hygienist and Dr Michelle were very professional but yet friendly and approachable. They took the time to answer any questions I had as well as shared their knowledge and experience. Truly pleased - I will be back!
I’ve been a patient at Mountain Creek Dental for over a decade, and my experience has always been exceptional. Dr. Michelle is warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jennifer, who has been at the front desk for many years, is equally wonderful—she genuinely cares about every patient and goes out of her way to help, treating everyone like family. Even though she’s now retired, it’s always such a pleasure to see her stop in and lend a hand from time to time. I truly look forward to those visits!
Have been coming to this dental clinic for years. Dr Kizel and her staff are amazing … very caring and friendly, quick to respond in cases of sudden urgent matters, very flexible with appointment availability and very professional care. Have referred many others. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dental clinic.
The staff are all great, very accommodating and lovely especially with my young kids. The only issue I would say is they do not have many spots available for weekday evenings. They are always booked on weeknights so it is hard navigating appointments with a M-F work schedule.
