I think reviewing doctors is a bit strange, but what the hoot- this dental office is wonderful, in my experience. Everyone takes the time to answer my many questions, they are quite knowledgeable, very clean, and take their work seriously- which is really all I am looking for from medical professionals. They all wear masks but I assume they are smiling under them. Dr. Young is efficient and thorough, she seems to be quite good at her craft. 10/10
Was told it would be months until I was able to get a new patient exam but I explain some major concerns I had about my oral health and they were able to get me in that week for an exam and even got me a same day cleaning later in the day. They were so patient with me as I had been very anxious about my visit and were very quick to reassure me throughout the appointment. I appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and the way they clearly explain treatment options and future care plans. Their supportive and caring approach makes every visit a positive experience. The hygienists are all very nice. The people at the front reception were nice this time but the previous couple times they were mediocre at best (different people). Doctor Allen was great! He told me every step of the way what he was doing and what to expect. He explained each of the procedure and showed me pictures of what he was doing. Very thorough and friendly.
I am so grateful to Dr. Green who came in on Christmas Eve to help me when I broke my crown. To me... he saved my Christmas and he doesn't even know it. An excellent dentist and an exceptional human being.
