Very impressed with the whole experience at Mountain View Dental. I've had a checkup, hygienist visit, wisdom tooth removal and fillings, and an emergency appointment with subsequent filling replacement in the last 6 months, all done with the utmost professionalism and highest standard of work. Dr. Allan and Stella, the dental hygienist are an amazing team. Even though I live in Cranbrook, BC, I took my brother, who has Down syndrome, to Fernie to be treated there. They are kind, compassionate and provide exceptional service. My brother can be uncomfortable with dental work but they were extremely accomodating and patient with him and were willing to do anything to help him. I couldn't be more appreciative of them. I’m very grateful to Dr. Green. He is such a talented and professional dentist, always kind, polite and very knowledgeable. And thank you also to all the great staff at the clinic. My experience has been phenomenal through and through.
The team at MVD have been truly exceptional and understanding when navigating my care. Their customer service, from the front desk through to the dentists themselves, has been top notch. We are a nero-diverse family and their understanding and accommodations mean the world to us. I highly recommend Brook for Hygeine and Dr Green for dentistry. Dr Demmings also did my ortho and I highly recommend him and his exceptional team (Nicki in particular).
