The hygienists are all very nice. The people at the front reception were nice this time but the previous couple times they were mediocre at best (different people). Doctor Allen was great! He told me every step of the way what he was doing and what to expect. He explained each of the procedure and showed me pictures of what he was doing. Very thorough and friendly.
Wishing they would use an ultrasonic scaler prior to any hand scaling to minimize the unpleasantaries of having a metal hook being jammed repeatability above the gumline. Other than that, great experience.
A very friendly team. Dr Gregory Alan done a great job. I was nervous- even though I recieve many needles through cancer treatment- I was surprised at how professional the freezing needles were given with next to no pain. As they went through the appointment, I was told what they were doing. Happy to have this done to carry on with chemotherapy. Happy patient. Freddy
I had a very positive experience at Mountain View Dental Centre. The clinical staff are professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The dentists are highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office was clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Mountain View Dental Centre to anyone looking for quality dental care.
Rosie (dental assistant ?)was incredible in her understanding, knowledge and support! She made little notes as I discussed things with Dr Green which I sincerely appreciate, as there was a lot of information given. Amy and Dr Green were absolutely wonderful as well.
