The hygienists are all very nice. The people at the front reception were nice this time but the previous couple times they were mediocre at best (different people). Doctor Allen was great! He told me every step of the way what he was doing and what to expect. He explained each of the procedure and showed me pictures of what he was doing. Very thorough and friendly.
I had a very good experience yesterday with Dr. Salmon and her assistant Lindsey. My new crown feels much better than the temporary crown. I like how the new crown looks and feels. Thank you for making this a good experience for me. Patty
I had a very positive experience at Mountain View Dental Centre. The clinical staff are professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The dentists are highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office was clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. Rosie (dental assistant ?)was incredible in her understanding, knowledge and support! She made little notes as I discussed things with Dr Green which I sincerely appreciate, as there was a lot of information given. Amy and Dr Green were absolutely wonderful as well. I broke a tooth and they were able to squeeze me in on a short notice-the day I called. It turned out to be a good break and they were able to get me fixed and out of there very quickly. Dr and Hygienist were fantastic and had me repaired and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Best dentist visit ever.
