The team at MVD have been truly exceptional and understanding when navigating my care. Their customer service, from the front desk through to the dentists themselves, has been top notch. We are a nero-diverse family and their understanding and accommodations mean the world to us. I highly recommend Brook for Hygeine and Dr Green for dentistry. Dr Demmings also did my ortho and I highly recommend him and his exceptional team (Nicki in particular).
Dr. Young is fantastic. She is kind and well spoken, she has a gentle and professional touch to her work. I have never worked with someone who uses such care and precision in their work. The staff is always helpful and accommodating.
Was told it would be months until I was able to get a new patient exam but I explain some major concerns I had about my oral health and they were able to get me in that week for an exam and even got me a same day cleaning later in the day. They were so patient with me as I had been very anxious about my visit and were very quick to reassure me throughout the appointment.
