Extremely polite and caring team starting with Mandy at Reception to Nurse and Dentist. This was my first time ever availing their services. I walked in to the dental clinic in lot of pain from molars. I was quickly taken into care then diagnosed and treated; all within 2 hour window. Mandy went above and beyond and ensured I was comfortable after the procedures. Recently moved to the area and needed to switch dental offices. MVS made the switch super easy, managed to get all of my family in on short notice and we had a great experience. All the staff were patient and super friendly with my kids, and they have a fun kids area to keep them busy while their siblings had cleanings. This will definitely be our family dental clinic moving forward.
I highly recommend Mountain View Smiles in Carstairs! They are very friendly and welcoming! They have fair prices and they don't push you into more expensive treatment like other dentists have done to me in the past. I appreciate that! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
Dr. Sonika is amazing! Like most people, my anxiety rises as soon as I walk into the dentist office. However, Dr. Sonika has such a calming effect, and she takes the time to make sure she makes it painless! So much so that I almost fell asleep during my visit for two fillings!! Thank you Dr. Sonika for the great care you give your patients, and to all the staff at Mountain View Smiles!
Best dentist and staff ever!!! Everyone is always so courteous and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. My kids look forward to their visit, especially my 5 year old who is always so excited when she has to go . The dentist is always so gentle and makes her feel like a star for taking care of her teeth. She also looks forward to the toy at the end …lol
