Secretary, assistant and dentist are friendly each time I’ve been in. I have anxiety around getting work done and they’re always compassionate and know what to say to put you more at ease. Things are clearly communicated and they make sure there is understanding as well before proceeding. They accommodated with extra freezing without issues which I always seem to need. I had my first appointment with this dental office. My hygienist was very informative and friendly. He was gentle with the cleaning procedure explaining what he was doing. He gave me tips on how to continue keeping my teeth healthy. Dr Melissa was also friendly and kind. She answered my questions and also had suggestions about my needing a new crown but wasn't forceful about my getting it. Most accomodating and enjoyable dental experience I've ever had. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and they always made sure to keep me in the loop at every step, which I think really helps make the process more comfortable. They were amazing with helping me get my insurance all set up and discussed the prospective cost of each procedure so that I could make informed choices before they performed any of them. Dr. Sheryl is fantastic, always positive, upbeat, supportive and knowledgeable. She looks after me really well. I need a little extra care because I have type 1 diabetes and moderate chronic health conditions. She goes above and beyond to check things over. ❤️
