I’m sure we all have the same fears of the dentist, but I’ll say the moment you walk in the doors of that building. All of those fears get washed away. They were kind and understanding at the reception, as I was a new client. I had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment for my exam and cleaning. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough during the cleaning, and both the hygienist and dentist took the time to explain everything clearly as they went along. They made sure I understood what they were doing, what they were checking for, and answered all of my questions without rushing. 😍🤩
Zoe was such a pleasure! She is so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during the whole experience. Dr Shetty explained all concerns from my X-rays and let me know in detail how to tackle these concerns! Best office ever
After moving to Nanaimo, I’m so grateful I found this dentist! I get really anxious about dental visits, but everyone here is so kind , and understanding. The dental hygienist was amazing super friendly and made the whole experience feel calm and easy. I finally feel comfortable going to the dentist again!
I just went here to try a new place as I moved back from out of province. I have anxiety with needles and dentists in general so I like to make sure I'm comfortable with where I go. That eliminates most of the stress for me. I had a cleaning and general check up and wow. Megan was my dental hygienist and she was phenomenal. Patient, kind, and very good at what she does!
