This dental office is a bit of a unicorn for us. :-) They are all so amazing here. The care they take with my kids and the dental work they need has been nothing short of incredible. They work with the kids, explaining to them on a level they understand. My kids are actually HAPPY to go see the dentist. Any work that they've needed has been smooth and painless for the kids. Appointment made through the emergency dentist network as I am traveling from the USA. Service could not be better, starting from the initial appointment, front desk, dental assistant and finally the Dentist. A comprehensive analysis was performed prior to tackling the problem. Special thanks to the front desk for their information on Canadian dental pricing and requirements. Very nice offices and up the ndate equipment.
Great team at Smiles Dental in Nanaimo. They worked hard to get myself covered through my coverage for dental. Happy to have a beautiful smile now. I have referred family members as they treated me so well.
I came to this dentists to get a Maryland bridge glued back in, very simple you just apply glue to the fake tooth and then shave off the excess glue, it usually takes around 20-30 minutes. However, when I came here they decided to numb my entire mouth (I’ve gotten it glued back in over 10 times and the dentists had numbed my mouth) not only did my appointment last over an hour an a half, they numbed my entire mouth for the whole day for no good reason, they charged me over 500 dollars instead of the 200 it usually is.
