I had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment for my exam and cleaning. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough during the cleaning, and both the hygienist and dentist took the time to explain everything clearly as they went along. They made sure I understood what they were doing, what they were checking for, and answered all of my questions without rushing. 😍🤩
I’m sure we all have the same fears of the dentist, but I’ll say the moment you walk in the doors of that building. All of those fears get washed away. They were kind and understanding at the reception, as I was a new client. They answered any questions I had regarding the procedures or flexibility of appointments, and just down right fun and good people to talk with. Absolutely recommend this Dental Clinic to anybody and everybody. All staff are absolutely amazing. They made my 2 young children so comfortable for their visits and they both left with huge smiles on their faces. We had a terrible experience at our last dentist so I was nervous trying somewhere new but I am SO glad I switched. Thank you so much for the amazing care my boys received by all of Nanaimo Smiles staff.
As someone with SEVERE dental anxiety, I had the loveliest experience here! I felt cared for every step of the way, everyone was so kind, patient, and understanding! The space is also warm and inviting, and feels quite homey, and less like a scary sterile clinic space. I am so glad I took the leap to try this clinic, it’s truly been a lifesaver!!
Zoe was such a pleasure! She is so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during the whole experience. Dr Shetty explained all concerns from my X-rays and let me know in detail how to tackle these concerns! Best office ever
