This dental office is a bit of a unicorn for us. :-) They are all so amazing here. The care they take with my kids and the dental work they need has been nothing short of incredible. They work with the kids, explaining to them on a level they understand. My kids are actually HAPPY to go see the dentist. Any work that they've needed has been smooth and painless for the kids. I was warmly welcomed when I checked in and all the staff were super nice and made me feel very at ease. My dentist and his assistant were very efficient and my procedure went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this dentistry office.
I had neglected my teeth for a few years due to a bad experience elsewhere in the past, I was incredibly anxious coming back to the dentist. Dr. Rivard was kind, patient and understanding. He has been helping me get fixed up so I can smile with confidence again. The fillings I got with him were the least painful I've ever had. The hygienists were lovely as well. I highly recommend coming here if you are still looking for a dentist in Nanaimo.
Such a great experience. Truly amazing people who have the patients well being at heart. I loved how they were so friendly when walked in and was easy to talk to, regarding any initial new patient forms. That and the chair being a very easy chair to get into (no sliding of the but as reclined by them to be leaning back.) that as well as the whole process was easy and good.
