I’m sure we all have the same fears of the dentist, but I’ll say the moment you walk in the doors of that building. All of those fears get washed away. They were kind and understanding at the reception, as I was a new client. They answered any questions I had regarding the procedures or flexibility of appointments, and just down right fun and good people to talk with. The staff at Smiles Nanaimo are great!! Very friendly and efficient!! Zoe she is amazing! She was so thorough with my first appointment I was very impressed!! Dr. Shatty was very friendly and efficient as well! I can’t say enough about all of you!! Thank you and see you in the future!!
I had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment for my exam and cleaning. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough during the cleaning, and both the hygienist and dentist took the time to explain everything clearly as they went along. They made sure I understood what they were doing, what they were checking for, and answered all of my questions without rushing. 😍🤩
Everybody is just so welcoming and so nice, the rooms have big windows and there's even a TV to the ceiling to distract you from the dental work. JU-be, my hygienist was very nice, welcoming and funny. It feels like being at home. Thanks Nanaimo smiles
After moving to Nanaimo, I’m so grateful I found this dentist! I get really anxious about dental visits, but everyone here is so kind , and understanding. The dental hygienist was amazing super friendly and made the whole experience feel calm and easy. I finally feel comfortable going to the dentist again!
