I’m sure we all have the same fears of the dentist, but I’ll say the moment you walk in the doors of that building. All of those fears get washed away. They were kind and understanding at the reception, as I was a new client. For someone who has previously had a fear of the dentist, Dr. Kim and the team at Nanaimo Smiles are absolutely phenomenal. They treat me wonderfully and are genuinely sympathetic to my personal nuances and anxieties. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly accommodating, upbeat, and happy—it’s a refreshing experience every time I come in. Absolutely recommend this Dental Clinic to anybody and everybody. All staff are absolutely amazing. They made my 2 young children so comfortable for their visits and they both left with huge smiles on their faces. We had a terrible experience at our last dentist so I was nervous trying somewhere new but I am SO glad I switched. Thank you so much for the amazing care my boys received by all of Nanaimo Smiles staff.
I had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment for my exam and cleaning. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough during the cleaning, and both the hygienist and dentist took the time to explain everything clearly as they went along. They made sure I understood what they were doing, what they were checking for, and answered all of my questions without rushing. 😍🤩
