This dental office is a bit of a unicorn for us. :-) They are all so amazing here. The care they take with my kids and the dental work they need has been nothing short of incredible. They work with the kids, explaining to them on a level they understand. My kids are actually HAPPY to go see the dentist. Any work that they've needed has been smooth and painless for the kids. Saw Dr. M Rivard for a tooth extraction and he was most excellent for this nervous client. He explained as he went along in a calm manner. His assistant was also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Smiles.
My experience with Katelyn, Tara and Dr. Rivard at Nanaimo Smiles was wonderful. I had a tooth extracted and was so nervous but they were so gentle and comforting. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
