I had a molar extraction done by Dr. Kim and his assistant Mariam today and they were amazing! Dr. Kim was calm, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Mariam was kind and supportive, helping everything go smoothly. The procedure was quick and nearly painless. I highly recommend Nanaimo Smiles for anyone needing dental care – they truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you both!
Went there for the first time because of a dental emergency they were able to get me right in and were very upfront and honest about the procedure and costs involved. Both the hygienists and the dentist were very personable and knowledgeable and very polite and understanding. Highly recommended great service.
This was the most positive dental experience I have ever had. My daughter was very nervous (6 years old) and needed some work done. The dentist and hygienist went above and beyond to make her comfortable and calm. This is our new family clinic because of the experience!
For the first time in my life I am leaving the dentist happy!!! They were So kind! I told them I want to be informed about what is going on while they work.
