We had a very pleasant experience for our first visit to the Nanaimo Smiles. It was a general exam for my husband Rob. Both the assistant and dentist were very thorough and made him feel understood and were helpful in explaining what the plan will be going forward. Also great reception from the minute we walked in until we left.
I can’t say enough good things about Nanaimo Smiles! I’ve always struggled with dental anxiety, but from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. Ladies at the front desk were so welcoming, big smiles, super sweet! Waiting area was Bright beautiful clean and comfortable, and Sara my dental hygienist was so so gentle and kind, took the time to explain all the details with me in a way that I could understand and even showed me my x-rays up close and explained all the details of what was there and what she’d be taking care of and Dr. Kim was the best, he was happy and funny and took all the fear out of it, felt like I was taking to a friend… I would recommend this place... read more
I visited Smile Dental for the first time with my daughter and was truly impressed by their kindness and genuine care for patients. Dr. Kim was exceptionally kind and attentive in treating my child. All of the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Because of this wonderful experience, my family and I will continue to come here.
I had my first appointment with Nanaimo smiles on Saturday, the girls at the desk were very welcoming and the office was clean and bright. I have quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to dental work but Dr. Kim and his assistant were very kind and I felt at ease with them during my exam. There was some issues with the xray equipment that morning but they were resolved quickly , I had quite a few questions for the dentist but I didn't feel rushed to leave even with the delay.
