My feedback is this: You could not have a better place to go for the care of your dental health and hygiene. From top to bottom and all in between the care and service is exceptional. You are treated like family with love, respect and true concern for your dental health. I recently got aligners, as well go here for my regular dental routine… my comments speak to my experience with Dr Pruett’s office.😊
I had two dental appt at Dr. Nancy Pruett's office this week. On Monday morning, I called her office at 8 am. I didn't know that the office opens at 9:30 am that day. I got Dr. Pruett's cell # of the voice message and called her. I told Dr. Pruett that one of my dental crown came off on Sat. I definitely need to see her ASAP. DR. Pruett was so kind as always. I’ve never had a bad experience at Dr. Pruett’s office. Every single person is kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Pruett explains everything in detail and makes you feel at ease. I used to be afraid of the dentist but not anymore! I highly recommend her and her office.
Best experience with a dentist I have ever had! From check in, to my dental hygienists, to my experience with Dr. Pruett, this was truly the smoothest and most thorough care from start to finish. And everybody is so friendly!!! I feel like the staff are my new friends ;) Can’t recommend Dr. Pruett and her team enough.
