Had my first appointment with them today and it was a great experience. The cleaning was thorough, everyone talked to me like an actual human being, and the whole office just had a genuinely welcoming feel. Also appreciated that they’re not a private equity-owned dental office. Highly recommend so far.
This is a wonderful dental office! Everyone on the office staff is friendly and welcoming. The hygienists and dental assistants are professional, knowledgeable, and always make me feel comfortable during my visits. My gums are especially sensitive on my lower teeth, and they are always very considerate during cleanings. They check in with me regularly and make sure to give me breaks when needed, which I really appreciate. Dr Jill and the rest of her staff are the absolute best! I’ve always been terrified of the dentist and this is the only place I’ve felt so at ease and comfortable. Rachel at the front desk was so welcoming! Thank you for taking great care of me!
All the staff, Valentina, Abraham, and Dr. Jill were prompt, competent and friendly. I was out of the clinic within an hour despite not having had a cleaning or exam in 4 years. Definitely recommend!
New Era is great. They've been so accommodating with my schedule. It's clean, I don't feel rushed and she makes sure she understands any concerns. Highly recommend.
