At New Hamburg Dental Group, they use warm lighting, calming music and have staff who acknowledge you and genuinely care about their patients. Dr Kwek, was able to get me in quick for a broken tooth, he explained all procedures clearly and never rushed my questions or concerns. He always validates my fears instead of dismissing them. I appreciate not only Dr Kwek, but everyone at the New Hamburg Dental Group.
Such an amazing clinic. I’ve been there recently for different exams and procedures and they’re so fast while not lacking in quality or care. X-rays are taken right there, so admission, analysis and treatment all take place in one visit. The staff is so patient and explained me everything that was going on, showed me the exam results and the pictures they took, so I could make a decision on which kind of treatment I wanted.
I had my first official visit with Dr. Miyen Kwek today. I hadn't been to a dentist for about 2 years so I needed some work on fillings. Dr. Kwek was amazing, very professional even while humming off key to the music. It seemed like he had just started and he was finished ending up doing work on a tooth he had slated for the next appointment. I hardly felt any pain. He was kind and worked smoothly and quickly. Everyone at New Hamburg Dental is super nice from the ladies at reception to the dentists and their assistants. I had an appointment today for a filling and they kept checking with me to make sure I was ok. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist.
