I have had so many bad experiences at the dentist it has made me not want to go. I broke a tooth a couple weeks ago and after being told about this place I booked an appointment, was examined and rebooked for a filling, I went in today and didn't even know he was putting a needle in my gums till after. the whole filling process took 30 mins.. 3 hours after the freezing is gone and I have zero pain and I can chew on it without issues. This place is good!Â
Hello , This dentist is a joke ! My girlfriend went in for a crown ( in the Stone Age a 2 step crown ) where they ground her tooth down to a nub , installed a cap , gave her her own cement package on Friday and told her it may fall off đ and if it does she should cement it on herself !!! Which is dangerous â ď¸ and she could have fused her teeth together . The cap fell off on Sunday ( no emergency line to call or empathy ) she tried to cement it on and it diddnt work . She hasnât eaten or drank in 3 days in excruciating pain... read more
New Look Dental is a beautiful facility with an exceptional team! Cindy is the best dental hygienist I've ever had - extremely kind, thorough, efficient, explains everything to you, and checks aspects of your teeth and gums that I've never had a hygienist look at before. Dr. Andersen has a lovely presence and is very gentle and reassuring. The office manager, Nicole, is a ray of sunshine and makes the whole office shine even brighter. I am very happy to have this lovely team looking after my dental health!Â
My husband and I both go here and love it! Dr Andersen and his team are kind and caring. As soon as you walk through the doors you feel comfortable and at ease. If you are looking for a great dentist in West Kelowna, choose this one!Â
This dental practice is absolutely amazing- when you walk in, it feels like home. You can tell that each staff member was hired based on their caring nature and warm demeanour. The patient coordinator Nicole explained all of my benifits and coverage prior to treatments, so there were no surprises. She's absolutely amazing, and so easy to talk to!
