Very pleased with my dentist appointment I was a bit apprehensive because I don't usually like to have x-rays done but the new modern x-ray machine eliminated my fears of gagging. Very good dentist competence and friendly. Staff were very friendly at the desk.
Dr. Bagnell and his staff were very pleasant and accommodating when dealing with my 95 year old father. We found Dr. Bagnell to be informative and helpful solving my father's main concern (loose partial). All in all, we were very satisfied with the service and understanding from everyone there. The fact that my father now has a dentist he can contact if any other issues arise has eased his mind tremendously. Thanks to everyone dealing with my father as it greatly appreciated. I went in to have a cleaning. It's been almost a year so my teeth weren't as good as usual. The lady hygienist I had was wonderful. She took her time, worked efficiently, talked pleasantly and did the best job on my teeth that I have had done at this clinic. Sorry I forgot her name but she was blond and very good at her job.
The service was exceptional. Considering New Mina’s Dental Centre is not our regular dentist they got my mom in within days which you do not see with other dentists. Sonya has been amazing with my mom during all appointments. I will be recommending New Minas Dental Centre to family and friends
Both my husband and I had an excellence experience at the New Minas Dental Centre. The Dentist and her Assistant made us feel comfortable and although it was only our 2nd time there we felt we had know them for years. Great Dental Centre.
