I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but the experience I had here was genuinely awful. I showed up for my appointment, one I’d been waiting for, only to be told it had been cancelled. No one had called, texted, or emailed me about it, yet the woman at the counter was incredibly rude and acted like it was somehow my fault. They claimed it was due to an issue with my benefits, but never once reached out for an update or a new card. First Visit Excellent Experience! This was my first visit to the dentist, and I’m so glad I chose this clinic. Balsam is simply the best! This was my second visit to Noor Dental Clinic, and I am unfortunately not satisfied with the treatment. Recently, I went in for a necessary root canal on one tooth. However, after that procedure, the dentist Dr.farah informed me I had two more cavities and immediately suggested fixing them. I had never felt any pain or problems with those teeth before, but she went ahead, grinding and filling them anyway. Visiting Noor dental was a wonderful experience. The clinic staff were friendly, and the facility was modern. Baslam dental hygienist explained everything clearly, and her gentle approach put our kids at ease. I highly recommend Noor dental for outstanding dental care—definitely five stars!
