Email communication prior to visit was responsive, warm, courteous and professional. 2. I arrived 20 mins early, filled out forms for 10 mins, was called in 1 min before appointment time. 3. Noor Dental is the best place I have ever been for dental services. The whole staff is very friendly and most helpful. The hygienist is remarkable, very professional and handles the client with so much care and warmth. I would very strongly recommend anybody to Noor Dental.
One of the MOST pathetic dentist one could visit. I can go on and on about how when you go there instead of fixing things they ruin what you have. I had gone to one of the doctor at Dr Basma Hassan’s clinic to fill a front teeth filling, when trying to make the adjustment she scrapped of my top capped teeth ( I paid $15,000 for capping the teeth and just like that she caused a dent in it) a month from there the filling that she put came out again. Warning: Avoid this Dentist This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a filling, and they didn’t do it properly. The filling caused me pain, and the entire procedure felt rushed and careless. The staff were unprofessional, and the office itself didn’t look like a proper clinic at all. What made me even more uncomfortable was that the dentist and assistants were speaking another language (not English),and I had no idea if they were talking about me. My husband and I recently had come to the dental team here and were impressed with their care. We decided we were comfortable bringing our daughter in for her first dentist appointment. Our daughter is 5 years old and was nervous about going to the dentist. The team here went above and beyond to ease her nerves and make her comfortable. They were so kind and considerate.
