As a new patient at Noor dental, I d like to express my gratitude to such exceptional professionals that listen to their customers. In addition many thanks to hygienist Maral for her professionalism and personable approach. As well the dentist made me feel very comfortable & trusted to be given appropriate treatments. The receptionist Sasha also very friendly and extremely helpful. I am extremely happy to have found this dental office.
The service provided was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I question the legitimacy of their numerous positive reviews. Their pricing structure appears inconsistent and dependent upon insurance coverage, resulting in discrepancies between quoted and billed amounts. I experienced significantly inflated charges(2x) for routine procedures, suggesting a practice of exploiting patient insurance benefits. Avoid visiting here. I strongly advise you to avoid visiting here.
My husband and I recently had come to the dental team here and were impressed with their care. We decided we were comfortable bringing our daughter in for her first dentist appointment. I have been with this dentist for past couple of year now and extremely happy with the services from the first time I visit till now. All the staff- doctor, hygienist and front desk are very professional. They provide detail of overall health of your teeth and recommend accordingly even if it was just cleaning routine.. Robbing people.. Please beware of these type of dental clinics . I got charged more than 1000$ just for a tooth filling .These guys used all my insurance cover in just one filling. Then charged me extra for the recent visit. I was shocked to know how come they have invoiced my insurance company 1000$ bill just for a tooth filling .. Definitely I will escalate this matter and bring these type of Scammers to the notice of the insurance companies .
