I recently had a root canal done at Nordic Dentistry, and I am extremely satisfied with the service. About two years ago, I had a root canal at a different clinic, and I was not comfortable at all. After that procedure, my bite was not aligned properly, and the filling felt very rough, which caused ongoing discomfort. After coming to Nordic Dentistry, the difference was amazing. My visits are always positive, and I can't believe I have a hygienist that is so smooth that I fall asleep every time I get a cleaning. The owner "Boss Lady" :) is the Best and ensures that the clients are good before the end of visit. If you're not at this dentist office this year, you're missing out!
My mom is a patient and they treat her very well so I decided to go for a cleaning and checkup since I was visiting her for a few weeks. I had some little things that needed a lot of work most dentists in Toronto where I am from won't even bother with, but not them! My teeth never looked better! They did a really great job! I'm so happy! Thank you Nordic!
Super friendly staff with adults and children alike. They check in with their patients during treatments and are mindful of things that might bother their patients like bright lights (sunglasses) or fragrance. They have soothing music, but also things to watch if someone is anxious or a child is being treated. They take the time to answer questions and show correct toothbrush or floss use if you request it without being judgemental or condescending. Great experience for me and my kindergarten aged son.
Dr. Saini is an excellent dentist. She is honest, transparent, and does not try to take advantage of her patients’ insurance. She never pressures you into unnecessary treatments; instead, she carefully reviews the X-rays, explains her observations, and outlines any concerns, leaving the decision entirely up to you.
