I have been going to N.Bby Dental for over a decade, and this is by far the best dental group out there. For years I avoided the dentist even though I had dental coverage because of childhood trauma caused by a bad dentist. I associated the dentist with fear and pain, and bad dental work. I did not know it was possible to have such a painfree and positive experience until a friend had referred me here (apparently almost everyone I know goes here!). I visited North Burnaby Dental Group today and was truly impressed with their service. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and both the doctor and nurse were kind and professional. I felt completely satisfied and confident in their care! The clinic is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful mountain view. Everything was perfect, and I’ve already registered my whole family. I highly recommend them to my friends as well!
North Burnaby Dental Group provided excellent first two impressions. I haven’t been to a dentist in years, and they were all friendly and professional, reception, hygienist, dental assistant, and dentist. I’m glad I was referred to this practice and would recommend it to anyone.
Dentist and assistant were very engaging. Each step of the procedure was explained as it was being performed, which made me feel at ease. I am very happy with this dental team!
Excellent dentist Dr Li attention to detail very friendly and helpful , making you feel very comfortable at a stressful time. Am lucky to have her as my dentist. As soon as you walk in everybody at the front is very welcoming and friendly. When it's time to leave once again amazing customer service.
