I visited North Burnaby Dental Group today and was truly impressed with their service. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and both the doctor and nurse were kind and professional. I felt completely satisfied and confident in their care! The clinic is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful mountain view. Everything was perfect, and I’ve already registered my whole family. I highly recommend them to my friends as well!

Excellent dentist Dr Li attention to detail very friendly and helpful , making you feel very comfortable at a stressful time. Am lucky to have her as my dentist. As soon as you walk in everybody at the front is very welcoming and friendly. When it's time to leave once again amazing customer service. You can tell that everybody works together as a Team, and that's what makes this office so Amazing,. Thank- you North Burnaby Dental!!

The dental hygienist taking care of me was so professional, compassionate to my situation, knowledgeable about my sensitivity to my teeth. Made great suggestions. I only want to book with him. He was efficient. It’s been along time since I encountered there’s someone competent on their job at this office

My husband and I both had new patient exams and cleaning and he had a much needed extraction, by Dr Li, both very happy with her work and friendly staff at the clinic.

It was my second time at the clinic and my first for regular dental cleaning. My dental hygienist was so gentle and thorough. I am sorry I didn’t get her name but I booked my next visit with her. My teeth often get really sensitive after a cleaning but not this time. Thank you so much for making my experience so wonderful.
