This is a tough review to give. I would say proceed with caution and do your due diligence to ask questions and ask for clarification when unclear. While the business did amend the mistake THEY made (partially), our experience was incredibly tainted by the blatant blame they placed on both my husband and our insurance provider. I had such a positive experience at the North Burnaby Dental Group. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Houchmand took the time to thoroughly explain my procedure and provided me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable. I am very happy with the treatment I received.
Always such an amazing experience when I go to get anything done at North Burnaby Dental. From the greeting when you walk in the door to the amazing service when getting anything done at all. I absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone. My whole family come here and we have a great experience every time.
I had such a wonderful experience with Michelle. She is extremely professional, caring, and very detail-oriented. She always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Gill is amazing, she works so fast and is really pleasant and all her assistants are amazing. She pulled my wisdom teeth out, did a bunch of cavities for me and my teeth look and feel great. Came here cause it’s close to home and got so lucky. My mom came to her she’s almost 70 and seen many dentists in her life, we both love her.
