This is a tough review to give. I would say proceed with caution and do your due diligence to ask questions and ask for clarification when unclear. While the business did amend the mistake THEY made (partially), our experience was incredibly tainted by the blatant blame they placed on both my husband and our insurance provider. To provide context: They submitted a pre authorization for my husband for a treatment, however they did not advise that if a portion of the unpaid lab fee wasn’t paid that it would then be placed ont... read more
I had such a positive experience at the North Burnaby Dental Group. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Houchmand took the time to thoroughly explain my procedure and provided me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable. I am very happy with the treatment I received.
Always such an amazing experience when I go to get anything done at North Burnaby Dental. From the greeting when you walk in the door to the amazing service when getting anything done at all.
