I visited North Burnaby Dental Group today and was truly impressed with their service. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and both the doctor and nurse were kind and professional. I felt completely satisfied and confident in their care! The clinic is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful mountain view. Everything was perfect, and I’ve already registered my whole family. I highly recommend them to my friends as well!
Excellent dentist Dr Li attention to detail very friendly and helpful , making you feel very comfortable at a stressful time. Am lucky to have her as my dentist. As soon as you walk in everybody at the front is very welcoming and friendly. When it's time to leave once again amazing customer service. I had a great experience with Dr. Pucci. She was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. The nurse was also very friendly and supportive, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, which made check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommend Dr. Pucci and her team!
Cleaning appointment today with Michelle exactly on time, no waiting, then smoothly through X-rays into cleaning, gentle scraping and gum measurement. Lastly a full examination by my dentist. Calm gentle and stress-free. Thank you
I have a phobia of getting hurt from dentists. Dr. David was considerate and respectful of my anxiety. I had such a good experience today starting with the assistant who kept me comfortable and informed to Dr. David who administered freezing. Two thumbs up for the work I received on my teeth (and my nerves) today!! Thank you !!!
