Best experience at a dentist by far. The hygienist was the most gentle I’ve ever had. Was expecting to feel pain for my cleaning because at my previous dentist office I guess they were a little heavy handed. But I was pleasantly surprised how easy this cleaning was. And to top it off the hygienist was explaining every single thing she was doing, and why she was doing it, which I’ve never experienced at a dentist before. Learned a bunch of new things! Dr. Rita Pucci took care of all my fears about my root canal. Root canals are never fun but they made it seem so. Dr. Pucci and her assistant Danka were both very gentle & handled me with the upmost care and respect.
How awesome can a dentist practice be? I always look forward to visit for treatment. Dr. Huchmand is the best! His entire team, reception, hygienists are all excellent and truly show great care. To the best of their abilities they are savings oriented, a matter much appreciated at my retired age. It's important with a limited dental insurance that they keep me smiling with confidence.
I found the staff at the North Burnaby Dental Group to be friendly, efficient and highly professional. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived for my consultation - wonderful people. As a group they exceeded my expectations!
