I was greeted with a friendly welcome and smile. The atmosphere was much lighter than the last time I visited (Oct 2024). I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Harry and his amazing team of CDAs! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The entire staff is warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. I used to have bad dental anxiety before seeing Michelle for my cleanings and she made me feel so comfortable. ‼️Charged Hundreds Despite CDCP Full Coverage‼️ Went in for a routine checkup and cleaning using my Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), which covers 100% of the cost. This clinic told me it didn’t fully cover the appointment and that I would have to pay $50 out of pocket after everything was done. This was not true. My CDCP card does cover the full cost. I’ve been going to this dentist for about 12 years, and they’ve always provided excellent care. Most recently, I had a toothache and they were able to take me in on very short notice, which I truly appreciated. The staff is kind, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dental office.
I use to be nervous and anxious when it came to going to the dentist. But the North Burnaby Dental Group is so wonderful. My experiences with them have been very positive. Firstly, the receptionists that have assisted me has always been so helpful and friendly. My dentist is Dr. Perlina Li and she is so kind and a gentle handed dentist.
