I have been a patient for about 20 years now. I was there when it was Dr. Chu originally before he retired. Although reading the other reviews on google, I did not experience similar situations. I am terrified of dentists, but only my own fears, these people have always been supportive and kind to me. The office staff are amazing, and extremely patient.
