This place is excellent in some ways, and not so great in others. Let me explain. I’ve had several visits here, as have members of my family. The dentists I’ve seen are very skilled and professional. The cleaning could be better, but I do notice genuine efforts to improve the service every time and that’s very important to me. So, bravo for that! However, the prices are extremely high. And when you mention that you have insurance, they sometimes respond with a tone like: “Oh, you’re covered at 90%,” as if I don’t already ... read more
I visited North Oshawa Dental today, and I had an excellent experience! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and handled the treatment with great care and professionalism. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized. I truly appreciate their service and would definitely recommend North Oshawa Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.
North Oshawa Dental is the best in my 40 years Experience of going to the Dentist. I have been to 4 different dental office in the past 40 years and This is the best! Dr Karen Li wow an amazing dentist and her assistant Salima is great. and the hygienist Elizabeth is the best. I can’t say enough right from walking in the front door the receptionist are welcoming and kind. This is the place that I would recommend to anyone. This was my first visit to North Oshawa Dental and it was amazing! Lauren, my hygienist, was fantastic, and Dr. Lee did an excellent job explaining everything clearly. The office is beautiful, spotless, modern, and very high-tech. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
