Dr. Li and her team are great! Amazing bedside manor and extremely kind and compassionate. During procedures, her and her team are very communicative, gentle, and are always on alert if any discomfort may arise. Great experience with Dr. Lee she is so kind and wonderful in her job and approach. Makes you so comfortable and ensures that your dental care goes smoothly. Just recently did my cavity treatment with her she did an amazing job. Even rest of the staff are amazing I have been going to North Oshawa Dental from past 3 years and have no complaints so far.
All the staff are super nice, skilled and honest. I like that nobody tries to rope you into unnecessary treatments (I've been to some dentists that would tell you you need fillings even when you didn't in the past 😅) They also offer a wide array of services all in one place (ie. Cosmetic and routine dental services. ) Hygienist is the sweetest, dentists are nice, and all the staff at the front desk are so kind. 10/10
