This is me and my beautiful "Storm" Denise, IYKYK. Went in for my root canal Feb 17/26. Now tell me this Google people, who sleeps during a root canal?? I DO. THAT'S HOW COMFORTABLE AND TRUSTING I FELT WITH THE BEAUTIFUL DR. NATALIE RUBINGER AND ASSISTANT CHRISTINE. The energy in that office is so calming and comfortable, it might as well be a spa!! A great set of people to work with!!
The staff that cleaned my teeth was very good and professional. Personally, I did not feel the connection that I am used to receive from North Dental. This was the first time ever I was attended by this technician, and maybe she read notes from my records and said " last time, you told me ...." I have never met her before and this made me feel like there was something wrong with my memory. Nevertheless, the technician did an excellent cleaning on me.
I would like to comment how professional and the consideration that Dr. Natalie had on my last visit for tooth extraction. I have anxiety and she made me feel very comfortable , as well as explaining in detail what had to be done in a way that released my tension for an easy visit, I would highly recommend her. Not to forget about the rest of the staff who are very friendly.
I’ve had a dental cleaning and the extraction of two wisdom teeth here. The service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. They really make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended.
Dr. Natalie is absolutely wonderful, along with the staff. I had a tooth extraction done and Dr. Natalie explained the procedure from start to finish and easily put my nerves at ease. Highly recommend!
